This CVS pharmacy hours are not accurate on the website/Google. The pharmacy closes at 7 and not 8. Because they have not corrected their online information, I drove from Jekyll to St. Simons and back (and paid the toll to return to Jekyll) without our prescription filled. Go to the other CVS at Fredrica Road.

I've been in there twice over the last two days trying to get my long standing prescription filled/transferred from my home state. I just moved back to St Simons Island recently. Staff at the front check out was rude to me - did not even speak or acknowledge me at all when she started ringing me up... Then when I finally got my prescription and was ready to check out in the pharmacy, the staff there was extremely rude - the pharmacist and the pharmacy technician were actually laughing and talking badly about me behind the counter while they were working and did not think that I could hear them because they did not see me. I have never encountered such rudeness and poor customer service in my life.

Pharmacy tech ( blue jacket) was a smart mouth when asking if something was in stock. Plenty of people behind counter to assist the one girl on the register. I realize everyone is short staffed these days but there was no call for a smart mouth in a very competitive market. Thankfully there are other choices

This CVS sets the example how customers should be treated. They take care of my prescription needs and make us feel welcomed. everyone is ready to deliver the best customer service around. We love these guys

I am shocked that you have Lumify Eyedrops priced at $27.79 for a .25 Fl Oz. My husband picked this up for me, because it's what I ask for. I normally buy these at Publix for $13.97. This just seems excessive, even for convenience.

The male pharmacist working on 6/18/22 is a rude condescending man with no concept of patient care. He clearly displays his total apathy towards the pharmacological needs of any patient. When my prescription was sent to a CVS 5 hours away, his main priority was asserting that it was my physician's fault rather than trying to help me find a solution. Easily the worst service I've received at any CVS pharmacy.

EXTREMELY rude staff. I came in after work at 9:50 to get feminine care products. Then stopped to get shower gel as well. Someone came by and said “just so you know we close in 10 minutes”. I work in the hospitality industry so I’m not someone that would ever go into a place and stay passed hours. I’m so sorry my need for feminine care products inconvenienced the rude employee. Sorry my cycle started today and not tomorrow. Will never be back to this location.

I am new to the area and use CVS for my prescriptions as well as my mothers. Abigail in the pharmacy is so pleasant and makes my visit painless. I couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy.

Scheduled Covid 19 vaccine online. Went in and they couldn't find me in there system despite showing them my confirmation. They said to call CVS which I did after a 20 minute phone wait. They had the vaccine because I asked. 3 people working, one car at the drive Thur and nobody else at the counter. You would think they would have given it to me.

Consistently rude service at the pharmacy at this location! Just awful. The retail side is great and my one star is for the pharmacy only. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

STOP DOING COVID TESTS IN THE DRIVE THRU. This practice is the most inefficient thing I have ever seen in my entire life and it needs to be stopped. I have been sitting in this drive-through for God knows how long there's God knows how many cars behind me and some jack off is in front of me deep throating a Q-tip. Pull up you ignorant, selfish morons.

They were super busy but made sure my family member, who had just been discharged from the hospital, got her 7 prescriptions! Very pleasant staff.

Terrible service. My doctor sent my prescription to this CVS and they could not even tell me if they had received it or not much less tell me when it might be filled. Had to leave for Atlanta an hour later WITHOUT my meds. I asked if I should have it sent to a different pharmacy and they said," That was fine with them. They didn't care". That was so true - they didn't care at all.

CVS Market Street- I will give excellent reviews, not only to the pharmacists but to the employees, especially Marilyn Pearson. All of them go out of their way to help me- whether it is finding something on the shelf or a question about pharmacy hours. Kudos to all, particularly in this difficult time!!Shirley Maybury Egan
