Great experience at Elite Nails & Spa! I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new nail salon. I tried another local spot without any luck, then I found Elite on Google. I read their reviews and decided to give them a shot. I texted the number for an appointment and luckily for me, they had something available immediately so I made my way over to the shop. I was greeted by Jennie, the owner, who was extremely welcoming and did a great job on my nails. Not only was she friendly, she shared multiple suggestions for places to visit in the area. After going to my last salon back home for five years, I was relieved to find a new “nail home” and look forward to returning.

The owner did my nails, and she was clearly in a rush. The way she jabbed at my cuticles was painful and not relaxing at all. She didn’t even wait for the hot towels to cool and ended up burning my skin. So frustrating paying for service like that. If a business doesn’t have time to do a service correctly, just let customers know up front.

Elite Nails & Spa is the best hands down !!! I've lived in GA/ SSI for about 2 years now and this is the only nail salon that did not make me feel unwanted or my money wasn't good enough.. they had the pleasure of doing me and wife's nails for our wedding . Great customer services , clean , smells nice and over all a great place of business. Definitely will be back. Thank you for making me feel welcome regardless of my skin color

Took me 2yrs but I finally found Elite Nails by Certified Burger at front of Harris Teeter Shopping Center on St. Simons Island. David and his wife Jennie are both amazing and fast! So friendly and always fit you in! I’ve done gel, dip and regular nails there and they have all been Great. Highly recommend Elite Nails!!

David does the BEST job on my poor 'lil nails ;) He is so nice and he is fast and careful with my bad cuticles! His wife is also so friendly and great at nails. Highly recommend Elite Nails!!

I thought I had found the perfect nail technician when I found Jess at this salon. I was clearly mistaken. I had requested an appt a couple of days before and asked for Wednesday or Thursday. They gave me 9:30 Wednesday. As you can see by my texts. Texting is the only way you can make appts. At 9:02 I received the text from them Asking if I could get there sooner, my reply was I was on my way and it would be about 15 mins. Two Minor accidents occurred on my route and it Delayed me 5 Minutes. I arrived at 9:35. The owner said Jess could Not do me because I was late. And it was Valentine's Day.... DUH!! Jess was doing another client at her station. What they did was take a walk in and Funny, I have had to wait 5 minutes for them when their appts run long. So I wouldn't recommend this salon at all. I guess the owner does not Need my simple pedicure appt money nor my 15.00 tip I leave every time. I am only leaving one star because you can't post the review unless you do but I would give them no stars. Shame on you Pro Owner, because you are not Professional at all. You have lost a good customer.

I cannot recommend this nail salon. Ibe given them 3 tries. I've had two bad experiences. ( I don't usually post negative reviews). First bad experience-they talked me into Gel X. It peeled in days. Today, I arrived for my appointment which I made by text, describing the services I wanted. I said " I need SNS, no new tips, same color ". Then when I arrived and ask for the same service, I was told I was mistaken as they didn't do that. The tech was adamant and said she would never schedule that. She also said she would not ever make that mistake. "We don't do that - we don't know how". I then showed her the text where she scheduled the service and instead of acknowledging her mistake, said it was my fault . That I should have used a certain word to describe the service I was seeking. Whaat? There were no questions when you booked the appointment. Rude, arrogant , no apologies and did own on their mistake.

This salon is BY FAR the cleanest salon I have been to in the area. The staff especially Jennie, David, Amber, and Zelle were inviting and accommodating. My gel x manicure was INCREDIBLE and my facial left me feeling refreshed and glowing. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment.

I stopped here on vacation and was underwhelmed. Pros: I showed up and they got me in quickly. The person who did my pedicure was very nice and talkative and I enjoyed our conversation. Cons: I felt as though I was a nuisance, they were far too “busy” to do the services I requested. I asked for a waxing, pedicure, and manicure. I was able to get the pedicure and waxing. Pedicure and waxing were rushed 100%. I was told they did not have time for a manicure, which I wasn’t mad about because I kind of last minute decided I wanted one. Anyway, they apparently mainly only take appointments. Like I said they did squeeze me in, but it was so rushed it was not enjoyable. When ya go for a pedicure, everyone wants their feet rubbed for a little while…. just saying. It did not feel like a very clean spa, but they did use sterile packs for pedicure from what I remember. I would recommend the spa make people feel more welcome and relaxed and actually do quality services instead of rush them out so you can get your next customer.

Elite nails is the best! My nail services done here always surpass those done in other cities or salons. They take their time, the space is super clean and everyone is so friendly.
