I rented a small economy car from Hertz for a trip from Florida to Tennesee and on my way back to Florida I got a flat tire just north of Brunswick. I called all the nearest Hertz locations and this was the only one who could accommodate swapping my vehicle out. They even upgraded me to a more premium vehicle which was fantastic! Just want to give a shoutout to Monty for hooking me up and getting me back home on time! Thank you!

Could not have been more helpful and courteous. Had cars in stock and all paperwork was ready when I arrived.

AVOID!!! Do not use Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville. Terrible service and incompetent workers. Rented large SUV and upon arrival they didn't have a car in that size and tried to tell me a minivan is comparable to a large SUV. Had to wait an hour and half for them to get a car brought to facility. Biggest waste of time! Will never use Hertz again!

Had a rental reserved for noon and when I arrived 5 minutes past, the counter was already closed. The agents in the next booth for Avis were also extremely rude. They had a sign displayed that said "cars available" but when I asked they said was a mistake. Poor customer service at all Brunswick/St. Simons car rental places.
