What a great business. I recently had to scrabble some legal documents to several organization during the rescent hurricane in south Florida. Away from home and without a printer or a fax machine, I decided to try the UPS Store. They have so many products I never knew about. With the competent help of Alexis at the Saint Simons store, everything I needed to get done was done. Thank you Alexis.

My wife and i were in town and needed to send closing documents and needed a notary to witness our signature. We called, emailed the office, they had the forms printed prior to our arrival, we signed, they notarized, and we were out the door within 10 minutes. We were very pleased!

WOW!! I can’t speak for the notary services, but a friend of mine needed his vows printed for the officiator to have a copy and this was our last hope for places that were open on New Year’s Eve. The employees were personable and incredibly pleasant. Everything was done exactly how we needed on some very nice heavier weight paper. We couldn’t be happier.

Do NOT go here if you need to get something notarized. Went in to have something notarized and was told I needed to make an appointment, which was fine. I made an appointment for the next day (nearly 24 hours later) and when I came in the man behind the counter responded with “oh, no one contacted you?” The notary was no longer coming in that day and this man stated he “left his stamp at home” and that I could come back tomorrow. Horribly run business

Horrible Service. Not helpful or knowledgeable in any way. Had my package sent to the wrong address three times in a row. Actually was told by an employee that they are not an actual UPS store just a front. ?. Not helpful at All. Thank goodness FedEx is on the island so you not forced to use this terrible service !
