The last time I was there, I bought a pair of sunglasses and they broke in 24 hours. It was late in the weekend, so I waited till Monday to call.
The phone was answered by Curt, The store owner. I told him of my issue and he apologized profusely and said they hadn’t had any problem with these sunglasses but that he would be more than happy to replace them and send them off to me by post. All I had to do is send them a picture.
This store, extraordinary on its own… AND then you add that type of Customer Service… Absolutely phenomenal. I thought that combination was the thing of the past. You have a solid Customer that will be returning soon all the way from Atlanta.

I wore it to a shop where my daughter tried on wedding dresses, and I spilled coffee all over it on the way. “Oh my GOSH! I'm so happy I found this place! I was so thrilled to see Lilly Pulitzer! I was a hot mess coming from pilates when I went in, and I was greeted so warmly by Shelby! She made me feel amazing and was the perfect stylist! She loaded up my room with such cute outfits! It was so fun! Even though I didn't buy a ton that day (because I had been shopping online for LP), I will for sure be back, and I'm looking forward to shopping with Shelby again! She rocked!”

“I had a very nice experience shopping at Talbots this week. A very nice lady ( Carrie) helped me start up getting emails from Talbots so I can take advantage of sales, etc. The clothes are not entirely to my taste (mainly the prints) but I found two lovely tops (solid colours) and some beautiful sandals. Also a lot of ordinary items (like simple t-shirts) seem to be above $ 60. A bit pricey in my opinion. I am hoping to take advantage of their sales more often.”
