Customer service is GREAT. Kierra knowledgeable in what she does. Very helpful when I’m in her presence at the bank. Always pleasant and willing to assist me in anything asked of her. Always professional and greeted with a smile.

Always helpful and friendly. I moved here from another state and it is my favorite bank I have ever used. Franklin is exceptional!
