  If you need help, DO NOT call their customer service. You will not be able to talk to anyone but a computer. You will be given the option to say i don't have the information you are trying to get, but it's going send you in a loop of can't help you with out information. The most useless phone call ever.

  If you are looking for a fed ex drop. The store can not scan in your packages at this time. I would call beforehand to see if they have gotten the problem fixed.
