“I came in one evening after work because my phone had stopped responding to the touch screen and realized I urgently needed to get a new phone. I was with a different service provider that didn’t offer trade ins like Verizon does so I opted for them. I got a better deal and even though they were less than an hour from closing and I had a little difficulty getting into my cloud, Angel and another young lady were very helpful. They even helped me the following 2 or so days with setting it up and making sure I had what I needed transferred. They saved me a trip to the Apple Store and provided lovely service.”
