If you enjoy stressful moving days then boy do I have a company for you. There is a reason their prices are so cheap...Be extremely cautious if you regrettably book this company. Today 9/26 I had an appointment at 10AM at 8:42AM I received an update that my appointment had been moved back until 11AM. Fine. I asked why it had been pushed back and received this response "Hi Chris, As stated in the notes section of the confirmation, my movers and I will arrive by or before the adjusted time." I could be "wrong" but that's not what I asked... Come 10:47AM I get another notice that our appointment has been moved back till 11:45AM. From my last interaction which was at 8:42AM until 12:13PM I get no response to texts or my phone calls. At 12:13PM she replied saying she had three drivers and did not give a time of arrival... after that reply I called and texted again to get more information. No answer. At 12:37PM I get another TEXT, not phone call, saying now and I quote, "Give me just one moment Chris. I apologize. I am trying to coordinate everything so that I may give you a definite time. I am not avoiding you. My truck broke down. I am just trying to get everything together." Well "one moment" has taken about 2 hours now. Also, she communicated with my girlfriend that they do have another truck available that is not broken. After this message I get no response and we finally at 2:30PM receive a response saying our appointment has been rescheduled for next day. Eboni is extremely unprofessional in the way she acts and treats her customers. Please learn how to run a business and communicate with your customers even if it is bad news. Phone calls work much better and quicker than texts.

I made the mistake of engaging the team for packing services, in addition to moving. Below are the highlights: 1. A number of items were left in the original location after the movers were gone, including an papasan chair, bedding items, 2 kitchen electronic tools, spare car keys, and a few decor items. When I highlighted that to the team, the response was "what is left is small and medial". 2. The team did not appear to have enough packing materials - I found a number of decor items in my cooler, as well as plastic bags I kept by the trash can. 3. Possibly as a result of #2 - 2 of the 3 full length mirrors the team moved arrived broken. 4. I had asked the team to mark the boxes with content - about two thirds of the boxes ended up being labeled "bedroom". The rest were "kitchen" and "kitchen decor". 5. I had asked the team to pack certain items separately from others as they were going to different locations - all ended up mixed together in boxes. 6. I had another team pack and move roughly the same amount of items from Dallas to Atlanta a few years ago, with the exact same logistics (proximity of parking, number of flights of stairs, etc.). A 2 people team packed and loaded everything on the truck within about 6 hrs. Here I had a 3 people team, and it took them 8 hrs. Additionally, a few hours were charged at both, the packing and the moving rate, while all my prior moves charged either or. The fact that the team cancelled the day of the move didn't help, and I had to change travel and rental arrangements to make the rescheduled move date happen. The team offered compensation equal to about 15% of overall moving cost, which after removing the cost of broken items, the compensation for cancellation ended up being about 5% of the moving cost. Will spare you the details of what the toilet looked like when the team was through with the move.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The moving company was easy to book. But, they were not consistent on arrival times, or communication. We asked for a full refund, as the drivers were 5 hours late for the pick-up requested. And, we still have not received a refund to date. That was almost 30 days ago. The business is now unresponsive via phone, text or email.

Easy Moving Services LLC lives up to it's name! It was very easy from the beginning to the end. I reached out to Eboni Sunday morning through Yelp Messenger and received an immediate response. She then gave me a very detailed contract which left no questions about the charges. I received updated text messages and emails throughout the whole process. The movers arrived promptly, shrink wrapped and furniture padded everything for no additional cost. Highly Recommend!! The price was also the best in the market!

I used this service to move from Sandy Springs to Smyrna, GA. They did a fine job for a decent rate. Her team was polite and did a good job. I tipped well and then referred my friends. At the time of appointment (day of) they delayed and then canceled the appointment all together. Eboni (the lady in charge) deferred blame and came across hostile when I followed up (I was very polite). Be careful using this company if you have a time crunch on your move. She referred to the contract saying she had the right to cancel. Eboni has no customer service skills and never apologized for the mistake. I feel horrible for referring them.

This company has horrible business practices. I submitted a request for an estimate on Monday. I was super excited because it's a female owned business but unfortunately she let me down. I had a difficult time getting in contact with her. The number listed wasn't the accurate number and when she called me back the connection was horrible. Each phone call had a bad connection. We continued to try and understand each other and Monday evening I received a confirmation for my move. I reached out for clarification as I hadn't received the estimate. Once again, the connection was horrible but I believe she said I would be getting it shortly and went over the rates with me. I discussed it with my fiancée and we decided to standby for the estimate. On Thursday, a week out from my move I receive a cancellation from the company. I call the number, no answer, no response, I text, no response and I email still no response. I've yet to here back from the company and here I am a week out from my move with no movers.... as much as I like to support female owned and black owned business, I can't support this one, awful business practices.

I've used these guys twice now, the owner is very nice, and attempts to help out when she can. Her crews really do get the job done, even when you wonder how they will make it happen.

First I need to start off by saying the movers were excellent. Their work was fast and efficient. However my poor review comes from my experience with management. The weather was not ideal at the time of my scheduled move (heavy rain). I received a call from Eboni that they were not expecting this rain and would wait to see if it cleared before driving to my place. We exchanged a few calls during that wait time in which she said she preferred to wait until the following day when she could be more prepared for the rain. While frustrated that my move was being delayed, we agreed on a time early the next morning. She then told me to wait 15 minutes and she would call me back. She called back and said she and her guys would be over soon to complete the move. The move went well, no issues at all. Upon completion she then informed me that because it was raining at the time of the move and since she preferred to move the time of the move, I was responsible for paying an additional amount of money. No where in the service agreement does it say i am subject to additional charges due to weather conditions. Nor does it say I am subject to charges when going against her preferences. Earlier that day We had settled on a time the next day and she called back to say they could complete the move on our original date - I never felt I forced her to complete the move in the rain. I felt disrespected and tricked as a client and would not use this service again because of it.

After researching and shopping for a great moving company, I decided to go with Easy Moving Services, and I'm so happy I did. From the very start, Eboni was very responsive (most other companies lost out because they took HOURS to even get back to me- Eboni called back within 5 minutes). After our conversation, she sent me a quote with my first choice of time and day. The deposit was very reasonable, and my expectations on an approximate time frame was set. Throughout the entire process, I can't express enough how much I appreciated her constant communication with me. The two men that came to help me were Tray and Jordan. They were super friendly and even arrived a couple minutes early, so they were ready to start immediately, which was a huge plus. We briefly went over the items, and they instantly started packing and wrapping. We got my entire 1 bedroom apartment loaded, stopped by Goodwill to drop off some bulky, unneeded items, and they unloaded at my new place, 20 minutes away, all within a neat 3 hour time slot. Even while sweating bullets on a 100 degree blazing day, both men had a great and positive attitude. They even do out of state moves, so I will 100% be recommending this company to anyone that needs to be moved. Thank again Eboni, Jordan, & Tray! Moving is never fun, but my move was definitely in the best hands.

I strongly do not recommend. They rescheduled me 3x the day of the move. I could not keep waiting the whole day, asked them to return my deposit and have yet to see a refund.

this company is horrible and very unprofessional! i was dealing with eboni the so called owner of this thievery service who refuses to refund my deposit of $165.85 as she stated she would refund my funds. i cancelled my services 48 hrs in advance! i've called, texted and even email to get my funds returned but still to this day no return of funds! with that said...save your money and time and keep it moving using a different company because easy moving services ain't the company to use! and just so you know i am in contact with the better business bureau of ga!! lastly...when you know you're in the wrong....then they want to try andmd resolve the issues at hand when the bbb is involved! eboni couldn't answer any of my calls texts or emails but when this review hit their site...guess who wants to call now!! well it's too late now!! so run me refund before end of day!!

I showed up to meet the movers at my mom's apartment, and was beyond pleased that the OWNER of the company was there (early) and working alongside the team! Eboni has really made this experience seamless for me. No exaggeration, I put a request on YELP, and she replied and then got the whole move done within less than 24 hours of my inquiry! It has been great to support a smaller business, one that has the integrity beyond what I find in major players in this or any industry. Highly recommend!
