Waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes, still got my order wrong, when I questioned the person at the pickup windows, he just said that's what you ordered, he made me feel like he was put out, that I was even there. I like Arby's but if that's how you treat customers I can find another place to get something to eat.

How are we supposed to carry a bunch of food without bags and management are very rude about it

Arby's in belton, Missouri. I had to wait a good 10 minutes for the food and when I got the food the curly fries were cold and that is just nasty. The girl that work drive thru was rude and unfriendly.
