I haven’t been into this store in several months but I had a wonderful experience and it's literally because of Richard and Taylor. From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted immediately by the staff; our wait was not long at all. Richard was incredibly honest, patient, and fully attentive. He gave me all my options and saved me from spending hundreds of dollars on my wireless bill. He answered all of my questions, he showed me multiple options and was incredibly friendly while doing it. Not only that, Taylor had extensive product knowledge; is highly intelligent, possessed grace beyond her years; was professional; spent time with us in ultimately solving a home internet connection issue. The store was clean, the feeling was relaxed - but honestly, it's been a very long time since I have come across someone that has immaculate customer service.

The manager was top notch. Waited 0 seconds, was very friendly, helpful, and professional while treating you like a friend. Best AT&T experience I've ever had and I've been a life-long customer. The only thing is that the owner needs to get the manager some help and AT&T should be wanting him to teach and train others. Highly recommend this store. I live nearby and noticed he is fairly new but has really changed my opinion about the store.

We there during business hours and was closed with hours scraped off the window. Don’t waste your time going to this store. Find another.On a broader note though, don’t waste your time with a carrier that charges you for a SIM card and doesn’t let you download an eSim (very common practice among all other carriers now). Not only is their 5G slower than the competition, they run their business as if it is still 2006….

I must’ve called 15 different stories looking for a specific phone & all said they didn’t have any in stock but could order for me. I was shocked when I called this store & they said it was in stock. I figured when I pulled up, I’d be told differently.Anyway, I got my phone that day, I’ve gotten my monthly bill & it is what it should be & Ronald, the employee/manager who helped me was quite helpful during the process.

ALWAYS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAFF EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. ANYONE COMPLAINING ON THIS STORE IS DEFINITELY TELLING AN UNTRUTH. I ONLY SHOP HERE AND RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. THEY PROVIDE EDUCATION, TRANSFER INFO..PROVIDE SNACKS. ITS A TOTAL VIBE

Went in to setup 5G for my new iPhone 13 Pro. Manager and trainee didn’t activate the SIM card properly. Called manager and she told me my phone was probably DOA. Had to go to another ATT store to get it corrected. Had to pay for another SIM card. Really bad experience!

This by far was one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I’ve had in a while! The atmosphere is so vibrant and full of positive energy! TONY and JAMES are absolutely AMAZING! They exceeded my expectations and I am truly satisfied with my overall experience! I received everything I came in for and some!!!!!
