Been to this ATT store for all my needs regarding cellular and internet. Always courteous and quick to respond and resolve issues. Jordan was the head of the store and was training another woman who replaced an item on my mobile. Very pleased with everyone’s assistance.

AT&T Store at 6080 ROSWELL ROAD; just north of 285 in Sandy Springs. Jordan was excellent - this was the fastest in and out setup of new phones we've ever experienced. Highly recommend

A wonderful establishment! I was greeted pleasantly by staff as soon as I walked in the door. Jordans calm demeanor, Jennifers bubbly personality, and Erics willingness to help made my process a breeze. I was given all the information i needed to complete my purchase and all the staff were very well versed on the ins and outs of their products. The store was well organized and everything was efficient and service was quick. I definitely recommend this location! They are well equipped, well versed in the products they sell and all have great energy and professionalism. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here at #6080!

WARNING: Do not go to this 3rd party store !!! I don't enjoy writing a bad review but I feel this is needed. This store is a 3rd party AT&T store, it is not a corporate store, which I learned fast they have their own rules and will take you for a financial ride as their gain. I went in to upgrade my phone, they added a line and took the credit/money for that instead of giving me credit on my new phone. I have been dealing with the president of AT&T to resolve this issue. So PLEASE stay clear of the fraudulent, corrupt , cheating people of this store!!!! They know exactly what they were doing and the verbiage to use to confuse you! I feel sorry for the elderly man that was in front of me that they waiting on. And yes, I do have proof!
