The young gentleman who assisted me had no technical experience and did not offer to get me to anyone who could help. Maybe this location offers sales service but I would not go in for tech service. I thought going in would be better than the communication barrier I’ve experienced over the phone but… it was not.

I went in so my hubby could get me a Christmas surprise and ended up saving money and learning about other cool features with my plan. I appreciate the excellent customer service of Anthony. He was very fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you ask for him when wanting to add on a new device or just save money. 10/10!!

Store is not honoring their store hours. Got to store at 7:30pm for 12/12/24 on a Thursday and they were closed. Was emailed to pick up items with their store times being 10am-8pm Monday through Friday. Very unprofessional and disappointed.
