Everyone at this location is super nice and caring, Robin in particular is great! She really listens to you to understand what’s going on. I was nervous my pain wouldn’t go away after having it for so long but it did and I couldn’t be happier!

Great facility- caring, and friendly staff. Highly recommend Robin! It was my first time doing PT after years of on and off back pain. She truly is a miracle worker. She really listens and anticipates your needs. A true expert in her field. I feel so lucky to have found her, and because of her I am now pain free. That is priceless!

The therapists and staff make you want to go to therapy even when you don't want to go to therapy. Because you know they are doing the very best for you to be better than the time before you ever needed them. They listen, adapt and re-adapt as needed. I am never made to feel as tho I've failed, only that I was doing the wrong exercise for that moment.

Dr. Fang has made a tremendous impact on my life. It's truly remarkable how much a skilled physical therapist can improve a person's quality of life.I had a knee replacement surgery which was a difficult one with complications that led me to become a borderline patient for a revision surgery (MUA) due to my lack of range of motion. Dr. Fang saw this as an inspiring challenge, took charge and helped me through the recovery process, guiding me every step of the way with a comforting smile. What's especially impressive is how Dr. Fang was able to tailor my treatment to my specific needs and abilities. He designed a personalized rehabilitation plan that worked for me, taking into account any limitations or challenges I faced. Dr. Fang included intensive and hands-on manual therapy. Dr. Fang was the only physical therapist I had worked with throughout the entirety of my recovery that took it upon himself to do so. It takes a special kind of skill and intuition to be able to do that, and Dr. Fang clearly mastered it. Dr. Fang and La Tonya worked as a wonderful team to provide individualized patient care that sets the bar for any healthcare provider. I drove over 45 minutes one way 4 days a week in order to receive this level of care and expertise. My recovery from knee replacement surgery was and is a journey that requires persistence, determination, and most importantly, expert guidance. Dr. Fang provided all of those things, and more. I whole-heartedly believe Dr. Fang quite literally saved my life. I know that I would not have been able to do this without him. I am so incredibly blessed to have such a skilled and compassionate physical therapist. He helped me regain my independence and mobility, and for that, I am forever grateful.Dr. Fang is a true professional who has exceeded all expectations. He is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled provider. I have no doubt that anyone who works with him will receive the same level of care and attention that I have experienced.

Spotless facility. Extremely knowledgeable therapist. Super pleasant staff. I love this place. They truly addressed and fixed my problems. Would definitely recommend Benchmark at New Northside Drive.

Absolutely horrid front desk staff! I came into this office to get treatment information as well as costs with my insurance because I'd decided to not be an attorney-led accident case. The receptionist told me she would contact me by the end of the day. I waited 4 days with no follow-up. I called this morning and she was rude and had no information to tell me. I told her NO other PT office in Metro Atlanta had a hard time seeing exactly how much it would cost with my insurance and their prices. She was silent. I would not recommend this location AT ALL.

Dr. Jeff McIntyre has to be one of the kindest compassionate, and most caring individuals I know. From the first day I hobbled into his office, he made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The office was clean, well organized, and I knew I was in the right place. Having been a previous patient of Benchmark at a different location several years ago, I was somewhat familiar with the practice. Still, I chose this new location because of its easy access to and from work and the convenient parking. Dr. McIntyre throughly assessed my hamstring injury, and together we set a plan in motion. We knew the healing process would be long, but he worked with me diligently week after week, month after month, providing words of encouragement to help me achieve my goal of being able to run an 8-9 min mile again.Dr. McIntyre's assistant, Ashanti Murray, was superb. She introduced me to various new exercises, some of which I could incorporate at home, and pushed me on the days when I needed a little extra nudge. Armoni Williams, the front desk receptionist, was excellent; always pleasant and cheerful. She worked with me to get my appointments scheduled and was very accommodating when I had to make last-minute changes. The staff at this office went above and beyond, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I accomplished my goal on 5/30/22, running a 5k race, and placed 1st in my age group.Thank You, Dr. Jeff, Ashanti and Armoni.

Jeff does an incredible job of focusing on the physical ailment and working to rebuild the strength and function of the area (shoulder in my case). The facility is very clean and organized. Plus, I really appreciate the efficiency of my time spent within the facility.

I came to Benchmark for physical therapy for a painful frozen shoulder. I spent 4 months working with Jeff about 2 times per week. Today I am experiencing no pain and much more range of motion. Jeff is so knowledgeable and gave me a wide variety of exercises to work through. He was always asking me questions to find out what was helping and trying new things to make sure we were headed in the right direction. He is very patient and truly listens to each client to formulate the best treatment plan. I cannot recommend Jeff enough - he was wonderful to work with and got me back to exercising and living life pain free.

My father, now 92, suffered a stroke last year which has affected his balance. He now has to use a walker. He received in-home physical therapy for quite awhile but they eventually felt that they had done all they could for him. So, to help improve his gait and address the dizziness he frequently experiences. He began coming to BenchMark Physical Therapy on New Northside Drive. His therapist is Jeff McIntyre and we could not be more pleased with him. On our first visit he spent a good bit of time asking detailed questions about my father’s condition and symptoms. He was so thorough and caring and based his treatments so that they directly targeted these symptoms. He felt improvement after his very first visit. Jeff was able to explain to us some of the things that are going on with my father of which we were unaware. He is now going for PT with Jeff twice a week and looks forward to those visits. I would highly recommend Jeff McIntyre and BenchMark PT on New Northside Drive. I know you will be very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, compassion and with the facility itself.

Jeff and his staff was truly amazing. Jeff listened to my concerns and was very hands on every session. The office is very clean and follows Covid19 protocols. All and all very impressed and grateful.

Great location. Easy access to highways. Wonderful friendly staff. Receptionist always greets you with a smile and Jeff is the best. Very personable and seems to understand your pain and goals. After 3 weeks of PT I can truly say I feel and move 100% better than when I started. Keep up the good work Jeff and staff
