The state lottery office is involved with our complaint, this location is rude to people of color,the winnings out the slot machines is given to the whites and latinos,but not the blacks,we have proof, the cashier told us we could not get the cash,but the Latinos left out with cash,we all know each ,they scam your monies,very nasty and mean!!! we have documented racist behavior.

The worst experience ever - DO NOT USE THIS GAS STATION. Stopped to get gas, and when I started pumping it, the hose had a split in it and gas was spewing everywhere, including on me and my $150 boots and expensive jeans. I could not get it to stop so I carefully got in my car and drove it away from the pump, and then ran inside to let them know. They kept ignoring my efforts to get their attention to turn off the pump, then they couldn't figure out how to credit my charge card for all of the gas that ended up on the drive not in my car. I asked for a place to rinse off my boots, feet, and jeans which were completely sodden with gas. They sent me to a tiny bathroom with no towels. I had to take of my boots as they are made of a fiber material and completely soaked through, and walk out barefoot. UGH!!! I asked them how they would compensage me for my boots and jeans and they said they would have the manager call me. Of course she never has, so I am lodging a complaint with BP corporation. I had to drive home while it was raining with my windows open since the gas stench was so strong I had a headache. I put my boots outside to dry hoping the gas would evaporate but 4 days later, they are unwearable.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION IM TELLING YOU IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE ON YOUR POCKETS. MY CAR LITERALLY WILL NOT START NOW . IMMEDIATELY AFTER GETTING GAS FROM HERE I NOTICED THAT MY CAR STARTED MAKING SOUNDS ITS NEVER MADE BEFORE AND EVEN RESISTING A BIT WHILST DRIVING HOME AND WHEN I WENT TO GO TO MY INTERVIEW THE NEXT MORNING IM TELLING YOU MY CAR WOULD NOT AND STILL WILL NOT START NO MATTER WHAT I DO. THIS WAS THE ONLY GAS STATION I WENT TO THAT DAY AND THE PROBLEMS STARTED IMMEDIATELY AFTER. I TRIED CALLING THE STORE AND THE “MANAGER” REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION IN REGARDS TO SOMEONE I COULD SPEAK WITH ABOUT THE PROBLEM BESIDES HIM . I HAVE VIDEOS OF OUR CONVERSATION FOR PROOF AND EVERYTHING ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Please pay attention to what they’re charging you. They have prices listed as one thing but when you get to the register, they somehow are charging you more. When you call them out on it, even requesting them to come look for themselves, they refuse to look and say too bad, register price is correct. This happened at 8:30 pm on 9/29/2023. How would they like it if the grocery store or clothing store changed the price when they got to the register? It’s unethical and very scam-ish so beware.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've visited this store no less than 7 times due to it's convenient location, but each time they shorted the change. Once or twice I could accept, but every. single. time. is absurd. I cannot believe there is a reasonable excuse. They're either incompetent or this is their internal policy.

Im going to post this everywhere since Sima was so rude and nasty. ZERO STARS. First and foremost, if there’s an issue with your pumps and a customer brings it to your attention, what you should do as a “business” is look into it. Not say, verbatim, “You can call BP all you want, they not gonna do anything.” Are you serious?! Horrible business. Their pumps are scams. Pump #7, did not put any fuel in my car after paying for it. I drover off less than 100 yards. Noticed nothing happened. Came back to let the store know and Sima the so called owner told me there’s nothing she could do about it. She didn’t check. She didn’t even look into it. She automatically assumed I was lying and literally said out of her mouth, “you can call BP customer service, they’re not gonna do anything.” I’ll dispute the charge and get my money back so there’s that.Mind you I have gotten gas here multiple Times, me, my husband and family members and have used that pump with no issues before, so I’ll never be back. And neither will any of my family. SIMA said BP does not care anyway right? So you for sure lost life time customers.
