Worst chase location in Atlanta!!!!
5 pm and the lobby doors are locked as well!!!!
ATM in drive thru is out of service
And security personnel inside the branch locked in inside doing nothing.
Shame on the manger of this location .

There’s two racist employees working here. Their names are Roger Herera and Jesse R. Wood.
I have never encountered such behavior from any of the tellers here ever.
On that note, Rashenda was amazing, sweet, and helpful. She was apologetic about the behaviors of those two, even though she was not part of the situation at all.

Be prepared to be disappointed. Closes at 2PM on the weekends yet even with a Chase debit card you cannot enter the building to use the ATM inside. But what about the outside ATM ? Yeah, you can make withdrawals or deposits using that either. So if it’s important business or emergency funds needed just go to a different branch altogether. This is sad

No way to bank here. A “banker” name John he is and a…. Crazy guy shouldn’t be there. No banking with chase no more. No way to explain how crazy he was and manager really busy…. Not sure. No body let you to talk with managers.

Yet another bank who has only ONE TELLER working. There were five other employees sitting around at their desks, helping no one. (I will mention that the one bank Teller was very sweet and was doing his best.) Of course, they have the one worker whose job it is to walk up to every customer in the teller line and ask "What are we doing for you today?" in an inept attempt to shorten the one bank teller's long line. That employee would be MUCH better utilized as a second teller rather than harassing the people in line into using the ATM. If I had wanted to use the ATM, I would have stayed inside my car and done so and would not have walked inside and gotten in line. RIDICULOUS.

this place only has ONE teller window to cash checks/get a cashiers check. NEVER have I ever seen that before in life!! if you like waiting in long lines this the place for you

Shamari is excellence in every way. I came in to open an account after many issues in the past with banking. He took time to understand my needs and helped me get set up with absolutely no stress. He is personable, genuine, kind, and sharp. Highly recommended! Please be sure to ask for Shamari at this branch! Great customer service in a real “non robotic” way still exists with him. Terrible customer service. Willie is a complete joke. His service is terrible and he’s unaware of everything bank related. Bring back the old staff Sameera and the other ladies never gave me problems SMH

Today I went there to open checking and saving account. It was a good experience. Mr.John Kerr ( the banker) did all the things . He is helpful and completely explain everything to me. I am so satisfied for choosing chase Bank.
