this place only has ONE teller window to cash checks/get a cashiers check. NEVER have I ever seen that before in life!! if you like waiting in long lines this the place for you

Shamari is excellence in every way. I came in to open an account after many issues in the past with banking. He took time to understand my needs and helped me get set up with absolutely no stress. He is personable, genuine, kind, and sharp. Highly recommended! Please be sure to ask for Shamari at this branch! Great customer service in a real “non robotic” way still exists with him. Terrible customer service. Willie is a complete joke. His service is terrible and he’s unaware of everything bank related. Bring back the old staff Sameera and the other ladies never gave me problems SMH

Today I went there to open checking and saving account. It was a good experience. Mr.John Kerr ( the banker) did all the things . He is helpful and completely explain everything to me. I am so satisfied for choosing chase Bank.

It’s soo hard just to get in touch with your own bank. I should be able to walk in and receive help at any time, any day. The fact that you have to set appointments for a phone call is ridiculous to me… thinking about switching banks and opening a new account elsewhere..

Vice president, Willie Stephens is a dishonest person, do not trust him at ALL. I came in for a simple banking need and it turned into a legal issue. If you have an account with Chase bank you may want to reconsider your relationship especially at this location.

The Atlanta branches vary widely. I don't like this one.One teller window - backs up quickly Self service kiosk to withdraw large amounts but does not give $100s (defeats the purpose of the high withdrawal kiosk.)Hard to access from the south during heavy traffic hours.

There’s only one person working there that can help you. Came in yesterday and was told the wait was 30 min. Asked if I could make an appointment. Made an appointment for today and get here and they are temporarily closed. What a waste of time.

Well it is aparent that when you make an appointment it does not matter. I was approached by a gentleman who told the employee (whom I had an appointment with) that I was there and to have a seat. A woman who asked to have help with the same guy I was suppose to see next was assisted first. The man who I had an appointment with asked us who was first and I said I had an appointment. He then proceeded to say "ohhh ok well then I'll help you" (to the other woman). Very thrown off and quite honestly annoyed the gentleman who greeted me came over and knew that was not right. Well... they then proceeded to have the woman who was already at the enclosed desk step out and had me come in. The guy I had an appointment with said "sorry for the wait" instead of saying sorry for the miscommunication or mixup. I can clearly see and hear everything going on. Overall bad experience and it seems Chase is having a hard time. They used to be very reputable especially since they are a massive bank. Sad. I don't usually leave long and one star reviews, but I felt I needed to leave this. Thanks to the gentleman who was greeting people! Also, I noticed no one responds to the reviews. Sad again.

Walked in to open a checking account, but needed an appt. Which would be days later. So I went to Wells Fargo. Better staffed. Chase is a nice building. But skeleton crew it seems. Unfortunate.

The worst! The chase private client woman with curly hair was so rude. Extremely not nice. Zero clientele!
