STAY AWAY FROM ANASTASIA DENISOVA. We received the lease this morning, read through the document, and by 4:30pm of the same day we were informed that they were going with another option.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WILL DROP YOU ON SIGNING DAY IF SOMEONE OFFERS A TAD BIT MORE.I would be careful selling/renting through Anastasia as well, the illegal clauses (requiring healthcare???) will surely get you in trouble in a court of law.Shame on this establishment for employing this dishonest person in the first place.
