STAY AWAY FROM ANASTASIA DENISOVA. We received the lease this morning, read through the document, and by 4:30pm of the same day we were informed that they were going with another option.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WILL DROP YOU ON SIGNING DAY IF SOMEONE OFFERS A TAD BIT MORE.I would be careful selling/renting through Anastasia as well, the illegal clauses (requiring healthcare???) will surely get you in trouble in a court of law.Shame on this establishment for employing this dishonest person in the first place.

I have had an incredible journey with Keller Williams First Atlanta, and I couldn't be happier with the support and opportunities this brokerage has provided for my real estate business. Joining KWFA has been a game-changer for my career, and here's why:From day one, the leadership team at KWFA has shown a genuine commitment to fostering the growth of each agent. The training and resources provided are second to none, and the emphasis on continuous education has been instrumental in elevating my skills and knowledge within the real estate industry. One of the highlights of my experience at Keller Williams First Atlanta has been the opportunity to be a part of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC). Being surrounded by a group of dedicated and experienced professionals who are passionate about the success of every agent has been invaluable. The collaborative environment within the ALC has not only broadened my perspective but also provided a platform to contribute to the overall success of our office. In early 2023, I was honored to be appointed as the Director of Productivity Coaching, a position that reflects KWFA's commitment to recognizing and nurturing talent from within. This role has allowed me to play a key role in enhancing the productivity and success of our agents, further solidifying KWFA's reputation as a brokerage that invests in the growth of its people. The culture at Keller Williams First Atlanta is truly unique - it's not just about transactions; it's about building lasting relationships, supporting one another, and celebrating each other's successes. The collaborative and empowering atmosphere makes it a joy to come to work every day.In summary, my experience with Keller Williams First Atlanta has been nothing short of exceptional. If you're a real estate professional looking for a brokerage that prioritizes growth, education, and community, KWFA is the place to be. I am grateful for the opportunities and support I've received, and I look forward to continuing my journey with this outstanding team.

I put a lot of time and research into finding the best brokerage to join and I’m so happy that I decided to go with First Atlanta. I chose this office because of the coaching program that was offered. I had my coach walk me through every single step of my first four contracts, which kickstarted the start of my career. I wouldn’t be where I am now without all the supportive agents in the office, and I highly recommend First Atlanta for anyone looking to start or reinvigorate their real estate career.

I would leave a -5 if allowed. I used to trust the keller williams name but never again. I recently closed on a home with an agent from this office and had the most unpleasant unprofessional experience ever. We were deceived and never told the buyer had to sell there home prior to closing and then it was delayed weeks due to the other buyer not wanting to make a mortgage payment a month earlier?!? That doesn’t even scratch the surface. Then I reached out to the owner of this keller williams office and the director and have had zero response. Nobody seems to care about the dishonest practices of this office. Selling and buying without an agent is the way to go. These people make all real estate agents appear worthless. I have friends who are realtors who I respect and now I have lost all respect for the profession.

Thomas Boynton has now assisted me twice in finding a quality place to live. The first time I contacted him before I had moved to Georgia. The second time I was in search of a new location (after two years in the first space). Both times Thomas was extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and patient. I highly recommend reaching out to Thomas, whether you are looking to buy or rent. He has been a tremendous help to me.

I would like to say that if the agents at this office are anything like Trey Cooper, DON’T LIST with them. While I understand the real estate market very well, have bought and sold houses over thirty (30) years. I have not seen this type of “bait and switch” by agents other than used car salesman. It is the job of the agent to know the market and list a property accordingly , not relist a day later by $25,000 and they over the weekend by $50,000 when a contract for full value was offered and not even have the courtesy to inform the buyers agent of such offers to potentially counter! This not only gives buyers the feeling that you were not even consider or in the “running” for the purchase of the property. Yes it’s a sellers market at this time, and things change. Professionalism and courtesy shouldn’t! While I’m sure he will counter with “my duty is to my client”, while I agree with him it is also to the people that you could have as a client, both now and the future and knowing that you understand the market and price property accordingly, so that the buying public can choose to know a price and not have to go back to their lender for $50,000 over your listed price. Not only that but to communicate with other agents when you have a full price offer, but refuse or ignore the courtesy of a call to an agent to indicate “here’s where we are and would you buyer chose to counter”. Congratulations on giving real agents a bad name, and making buyers suspicious! Maybe you should always include a tag or note on your listing, “subject to change without notice, and if I’m not your agent, good luck!” One thing for certain you will have a future in the used car business!
