Honestly one of the worst pharmacies. The staff is rude and unhelpful and really seem lazy. I went to pick up a prescription through drive thru and was told to come back in 45 minutes! They were so consistently awful I switched to Publix Pharmacy because I was tired of the lack of service. You are much better off going somewhere else!

This CVS is the worst. They never have your medications in stock and take forever to get them. I will be finding a new pharmacy.

Just make sure you know everything yourself-you don't get any real customer service and you'll feel like you're the problem if you ask. Lol After looking at other cvs stores with 2 stars, makes you wonder.. I would suggest customer service training, however it's just not important. I am aware that most of the employees are there to stock, which means the little interaction you have should be pleasant .

Agreed...customer service is struggling. I'm surprised as the location is nice & busy. I didn't see any employees until I was checking out. The isles I went down were not organized & only 1 Self Checkout was working. I did get some good Extra Care Rewards...I'll keep shopping at the store off of Chamblee-Tucker Road.

I will never come back to this location ever! The girl who checked out my order was super sweet and so kind to me, but I feel bad for the workers because their manager is absolutely terrible. The attitudes at that location are despicable and I was so friendly and nice and did not cause any issues to any of those employees. It was really disappointing to have terrible customer service definitely choosing a different location next time. S/o to the kind staff that WAS actually nice!

Sheer and utter disregard of the drive thru. 20 minutes and counting and no one seems to care. The inside means more. Corporate - pay attention. Time to transfer my scripts elsewhere. 4th strike achieved.

Horrible customer service! I came by today and I was in line, and the cashier let someone cut in front of me. All I wanted to ask was the price of an item and the guy he let cut infront me had so many receipts and returns!

The customer service here is lacking. The drive thru is closed almost every day. I looked on CVS's website on how to leave feedback but there was not any way to. I'm not sure how the staff can just decide to close the drive thru. They never have my RXs on time, they won't check the voicemail when I have providers call them in causing a 2-3 day delay in prescriptions. They've even said the electronic submitted prescriptions are wrong before even when i have provided proof. If you question the cost of a RX they belittle you and make you stand on the side of the line so they can ignore you and help everyone else. I understand the world is struggling with staff shortages but the paying customer shouldn't suffer poor treatment or attitude.

They don’t answer call - not unusual to hold for an hour. Been filling the same prescription for 7 years, asked them to put coupon code on file and yet 3 month they want to charge me $500 again just so we can repeat the SAME conversation we’ve been having... Did I mention they don’t answer calls?
