Retail side neat and well stocked. Pharmacy side not so great. I'll switch my prescription to another. I hope they figure things out. There's plenty of competition in the area.

Some young people lack common sense or just fail to use it. You pull up my account and see all the credit, I told you to apply the 20% first then use the cash to pay the balance. You apply the cash first then use the % after so I'm left to pay when there are enough points on my account. If the store wasn't busy I would have had you cancelled the order and let you redo it.

I tested positive for COVID and Urgent Care called in a prescription for Paxlovid. I received two automated messages from CVS saying they received the order and would call me when it was ready. Three and a half hours I went to the pharmacy and was told they were out of it. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

Worst pharmacist ever! One lady that works there is incompetent and shouldn’t be a pharmacist. Doesn’t know how accutane works at all, think she went to a groupon pharm school

Worst pharmacy EVER. The pharmacist knows NOTHING about accutane. They are so difficult to work with. Get ready to be on hold for 30+ minutes. Incompetent staff!!!

This in my opinion is one of the best CVS stores in the system. Everyone is normally very friendly at this location. I don’t know maybe because it’s Chastain.?? I have a wonderful experience here and even though I’m moving in two days, I will always come back to Chastain for everything I need and CVS.

The manager at the CVS PHARMACY on March 18 was so rude. She constantly cut me off when I was talking. No professionalism at all. I called in regards to picking up a medication. She was very unhelpful. When I noticed this was not the same location I went to the last time I was in Ga. When I asked can she look up the location I last location I picked up my medication she replied, “ don’t you have the app” like obviously if I had access to the information I would not be asking you dear. I hope she reads this comment and take my advice and seek a new career option.

Went in to get some strawberry jelly tonight. Opened it and it's molding. Somebody must've popped the top off on the store, but horrible quality control. Sick.

The pharmacists at this pharmacy are great. I had a fantastic experience with the pharmacist Amel. She worked with me for two weeks trying to help me get a medication which was back ordered and was checking on it regularly. Eventually she was able to find it at a different location. I truly appreciated her help because when you need a medication and it is not available, it is a nightmare. Amel was helpful, understanding, and very patient in explaining how to go about transferring my prescription. I felt like she really wanted to make sure I got what I needed even though we only ever communicated over the phone. Thank you Amel!!

My oral surgeon called in my prescription this morning for antibiotics and wanted me to start by midday. I called several times and they said that they hadn’t had time to check their voicemail from doctors, that they were understaffed and they didn’t know when they would check that voicemail. When I asked what should I do if I needed to start my antibiotic, they were unable to answer or help me other than to say they would try to get to it. Wow- a new low for CVS.
