Used to love this place, would drive out of my way to go there, til last week. Long story short, they’re selling defective vapes knowingly. I’d like a refund or replacement but they deny it even though I came back in within 2 hours to complain about the faulty vape

The staff here are always professional and courteous. Its really a joy to have something akin to a local bodega near my home where the staff remember regulars and cut through the anonymity of much of modern life. Shout out to my boy Jay for always being a daily inspiration- people like him who actually care about people form the basis of community so missing in our society-- I just want to make sure to salute Jay and all those who give a little bit of kindness to everyone they meet in their day to day.
