“I’ve been going there for a few months now and the results are amazingly good so far best part is having a partner that’s going to hold you accountable from the gym and believe me I’ve been holding everyone accountable now everybody is doing the same with me so I love going there a lot .”

“Only I and a few other diehards, would get up and out on the coldest morning in the ATL to row, but there I was on the machine giving it my best for the team and for me. After a few songs I was no longer cold. Rowing is still my favorite workout hands down. Give it a try at Row House Sandy Springs, you will not regret it!”

“Great gym space owned and managed by the nicest guy in the world. Randy is a very knowledgeable trainer and coach. He works well with men and women and designs programs to fit individuals' needs and goals. He was a martial arts champion and knows what training is supposed to be! Whether you want to be stronger, increase balance (my need), or improve flexibility or endurance you'll love this place.”

“Plenty of almost everything. I wish they had actual aerobic classes. Free parking. I have never had to wait for equipment. Ladies room is kept reasonably clean. Bottled water is reasonable priced. Staff greats you when you enter and when you leave.”

“I usually go to this gym in the mornings. I love it. The atmosphere is quiet and everyone just gets straight to it. I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and have no complaints! It’s 1,000 times better than the LAF down the street on perimeter. Omg, do not waste your time there! I made that mistake when I was first finding a gym in the area and the two are literally night and day. I’m genuinely not even sure why the other one is open? A co-worker told me about this location and how much better it is and they were 100% right. Another reviewer said the carpets need to be changed? And i guess they’re right but honestly I’ve never even looked at the carpets so there’s that ?

The one thing I will say is I wish they had more dumbbell options like the straight ones, but that’s if I’m being super picky.”

“So it’s a ok club. I was at onelife perimeter and switched to lifetime for the amenities. They have a lot of classes but if ur a weight training person equipment is dated at the Roswell road location. Leg press machine is old only one smith machine . Peachtree corners location is small as well and mainly a tennis pickleball center .

Perimeter has brand new excellent floor equipment . Classes have to get going but good trainers, definitely do not like the coed infrared sauna, hot tub which is small and gets awkward even if your married - poor choice to make coed”
