The staff was very unprofessional and the manager Courtney was rude and not helpful . I have been to plenty Hand and stone locations and this was the worst location with terrible customer service. Please dont go here book at another location. The staff is not helpful at all.

Raheem gave me the best massage I’ve had in 10 years. He was born to do this for a living. My 30 minute drive past other numerous massage therapists is well worth it. I’ll definitely be back.

My 1st visit at Hand & Stone Sandy Springs location exceeded all of my expectations. I came in with a foot injury, sore and in pain. Malachi was my massage therapist and he took great care of me. He made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. He educated me on different techniques that I could use in between massages and I appreciate him for that. I left feeling refreshed, out of pain and most importantly, relaxed. This is one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time and I will definitely return and make this part of my monthly self care routine.

They screwed up our couples massage on our Anniversary after they confirmed it was for both of us.Just double chk or triple chk before arriving for your appointment.Other then that my husband had a great massage by Diamond.

It was such a wonderful experience. I felt so relaxed and Joy was such a great therapist. She helped me with my pain and explained me the reasons for them very well. I am waiting to be there again...I visited Larisa today ( 10/21/23) and it was such a relaxing facial experience. She knows what she is doing and it was my best experience so far in my life. I highly recommend Hand and Stone Massage Sandy springs and would continue enjoying their service...

Amazing service! The front desk help and customer service was wonderful! Madison, Marina and Kalynn were friendly, helpful and professional! They all offered wonderful customer service! Massage therapist Joy and Spencer offered a great massage experience!

If you want to have great customer service and the best massage therapists come to Sandy spring hand and stone spaUpdate: saw Malechi and would also highly recommend booking a massage with him.Update: I recently saw joy and had an amazing massage. I highly recommend seeing her.Update: I saw Spencer this month, and it was also a great service.My wife bought me a membership for Hand and Stone for Christmas. I came in for my first massage last week and got a hot stones massage with Ernest. Ive been to multiple spas and have received many massages and this was one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Ernest was professional, checked in on pressure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole session, and gave me a very good and relaxing massage.

The staff was so friendly and my services were amazing. I had a hot stones massage and a facial with a microdermabrasion upgrade. Left feeling so relaxed and my skin was GLOWING.The place is a little hard to find. It’s behind the women’s healthcare place.

I have been here a few times over the years and always had a good experience. Today, I had a massage from Malachi and it was fantastic. He has a great manner with lots of technique, physiological understanding, and communication. I really, really enjoyed it.
