“Visited today for the first time after passing by for several years. I didn't really know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. They had quite a great selection for a local store, and most of what I currently buy for natural and holistic health. I was able to grab several things that I wanted to stock up on and the prices were on par for a larger natural retailer, which feels like I win since I can support a local business for the same-ish cost. They also run sales. And have a yoga studio attached. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. I'll definitely be stopping buy for goodies. Glad I finally made it in!”
“Even though it can be a little pricey depending on what you get, I’m always so thankful for their item selection. I’m on an anti inflammatory diet because I have an autoimmune disease, which makes shopping really difficult. So I’m so grateful to have a place where I can shop and know I’ll find things I can eat and actually enjoy. The staff is always really friendly and helpful too and parking is easy peasy.
Edited to add: I’m getting more and more disappointed with the sushi section here. I used to love the poke bowls but they’ve gone up so much in price and down so much in quality. I just paid $14 for mostly lettuce and I’m pretty upset about it.”

“Several weeks ago I noticed that only 2 out of 5 stalls in the ladies room had hooks for customers to hang their purses. This is a problem because most people are not going to want to put a purse on a bathroom floor. I asked to see a manager about the problem and one of the staff members said he would relay the problem to the manager. A week later—still no hooks but I knew it might take a little longer to fix the problem. However, I wanted to make sure the manager had been given the message, especially since the person I initially spoke to was extremely busy when I spoke to him. When the manager, Steve, arrived to speak to me it was obvious that he was very irritated at being called for a customer concern but he said he would get the hooks put on that week. Three weeks later—no hooks. Where is the customer service?”
“Placed online order 06-29-23. Received verification that order was received and paid for. High price. After 3 weeks I have received no response to numerous emails. Left voicemail but company is closed on Fri, Sat, Sun. Very very poor customer service. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to pay high price for item never shipped or received. After several back and forth with this company I finally got resolution and great customer service satisfaction. I highly recommend their products.”
“We enjoyed our visit to this traditional herb store so much. The wonderful strong aroma of the herbs is an incredible experience that brings up so many memories! The herbalist was very helpful and very friendly, and speaks very good English. We got to reminiscing about the Asia shopping area from days gone by and laughed and chatted while he looked for the herbs I asked for in English as he looked for translations into their Chinese names.”

“This location is convenient and most items are stocked. A few of the check out staff are nice and friendly but most of them are unfriendly, don’t look up and barely say hello. And for bagging, they just throw it all the bag even if items get crushed. I’d rather bag it myself if they didn’t get offended by me doing so. Definitely not the same customer service quality as the other WF’s.”
“I’ve been shopping at this Sprouts for a while, and I’ve really noticed how much it has improved. The cashiers are always friendly and welcoming, and I never have trouble finding what I need. You can tell management has made some changes, and the positive impact is obvious throughout the store. I leave happy every time.”

“For the most part the staff here have been excellent since I relocated to Georgia, very knowledgeable and offer suggestions. My only complaint is that if you call you seem to get poor customer service. Answers very short, little to no explanation, and literally was cut off and told goodbye because she said customers were in the store. HELLO I am a customer having someone come in to make my purchases. SMH I get customers in the store but at least give me the options to hold on or ask if I could call back, something other than poor customer service.”

“Every time I go into the Providence Square GNC, I'm amazed at the amount of knowledge Rose has for every product I ask about. ...and I ask about a LOT of products. You'd think that such knowledge is par for the course for people who work at health-food/nutrition stores, but that's sadly not the case. I'll keep coming back, for sure.”
“I came in recently and I really appreciated that the staff member told me about a sale on a smaller size of creatine than the one I was going to purchase- it was cheaper to get 2 small ones than 1 big one; he didn't have to tell me about the sale but he did anyways, which I really appreciated, even though I wouldn't have been any the wiser if he didn't mention it. My only complaint, which spans across GNC as a company and is not specific to this location, is that they are incredibly pushy about getting you to sign up with your phone number and email. Aside from that, I have only positive things to say about this location.”

I go here multiple times a month sometimes and there was only once when they weren’t taking returns and bc it was super busy around the holidays, they were understaffed with only one person- completely understandable. But that was a very rare case. Highly recommend this location for pickups and returns.”
“This is a fantastic Whole Foods location right near the Buckhead/Piedmont area. It's conveniently located on the ground floor and has a ton of parking, which makes getting in and out incredibly easy.
The store layout itself is really nice, open, and roomy, so it never feels overly crowded while you shop. I was able to find every single item I was looking for, they have public restrooms available, and the staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely a smooth, pleasant grocery trip!”
