Went in to see if they sold Ethernet cords.
The lady at the desk said they didn’t sell them, but they might have one they could give me. Saved me about $10 and a trip across town.
Absolutely wonderful people! I will definitely be back when I need a computer repaired!

I brought my gaming pc to the shop after it had gone through a power surge and wouldn’t turn on. Dan helped me diagnose the issue and tried two psu units just to be sure and identified it’s most likely the motherboard. He gave a thorough description of his work and reasoning and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Will definitely be back for any other hardware issues.

The doorman, Scout, is a sweetheart. Very gentle. The staff is excellent and willing to educate. This is my go to for all my computer needs. Thank you HCIT!

I was super pleased with Dan's service. We had a laptop that had been out of commission for about 5 months because we were stuck on a solution. We were about to scrap it for parts. But Dan was able to restore the computer! He saved our company some money... and he was SUPER FAST with the resolution!! Thank you!!

They have everything you need to repair your computer. Dan was extremely helpful in fixing the parts for my laptop. He responded very quickly and made sure I was helped. Even better the part they had in stock and I didn’t have to wait for it to be ordered! Pleasure to do business with!

I looked all over for a battery for my laptop. I finally called Higher Calling IT and they answered the phone immediately, took my information and said they had the battery. Now for the best part: they said it might not be a spent battery, but the current battery may be fine - it may just need to be cycled. They sent an e-mail with explicit instructions (right down to how to unplug the battery). It worked!! Didn't need a new battery! I can't recommend this company more highly.

HCIT is the most reliable computer repair services that I’ve been to. My computer had been plagued with countless problems, to the point where my laptop was barely useable, but Dan diagnosed and promptly fixed them all. I couldn’t recommend them more, their service is amazing and both the Dans are awesome, friendly folk that run a great company

Highly recommend HCIT. I went to 3 different tech stores to get my laptop fixed, where they provided me with a vague response on what's going on and charged a crazy amount. My husband found HCIT online and I cant express enough how friendly and knowledgeable the workers here are. When I called to tell them about my computer issue, they tried fixing it over the phone (free of charge). That didn't work, so when I brought it in they let me know what was going on, and kept me in the loop through the whole process. You can tell these guys love what they do, and most importantly love helping others.

Absolutely incredible service. Everybody here was super friendly and SUPER helpful when it came to getting my pc up and running. I would 10/10 recommend this place, it was super quick and easy. Will absolutely come back here with any future tech troubles I face in the future.

Dan was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. He got me in and out very quickly, plus there was a beautiful golden retriever to pet while I waited. I highly recommend this place.
