I will say that I initially had an issue with what they sent over, but they gave me a call and got a replacement out to me like two or three days later.

Two nice ladies have come to me to draw my blood for integrity to prepare my eye drops. Both have drawn blood excellently without pain and on the first try. They deliver my blood to. Integrity who make my eye drops from part of it and send them to my home quickly. They’re always well pack in a cooler with ice packs to keep them frozen with a temp gauge to warn me if they overheated. All first class care and the drops are fantastic. I don’t know I ever did before then.

I needed medication in a crunch and Integrity was able to deliver. I received a call the same day that it was prescribed. Allison and Alex J. were able to answer all my questions! I’m so grateful to have found this place. Definitely my preferred compounding pharmacy :)

Integrity Compounding Pharmacy is outstanding. Everyone there is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable…I’ve been using them for years - if you leave a message, they call you back within 24 hours consistently, they ship out as soon as possible and it feels like they all genuinely care about what they do. Received text saying my order is ready. Drove to the business to pick up my order only to be told that they are changing systems and that the text was an error. I politely asked when it would be ready and was told it would be within an hour. Drove home waited to receive information that the order was ready. This is day two and I still don’t have my order. Maybe we need some new employee at the front that knows what’s going on. I have been a customer for many years. Don’t know what’s happening here at this business.

I have been getting a face cream from here for almost 2-3 years and each time of replenishing there’s either someone rude upfront or the perception is not ready on time. I communicated via phone 3 times to ensure splitting my product in two for travel purposes, two different people put a “note” in my chart and still was not done as asked on those 3 occasions. I am now waiting over 20 minutes just for them to split my prescription in two.
Ridiculous, lack of communication and lack of others time.

Took messing up a couple times by not keeping in freezer, was putting just in refrigerator and product weakened badly in short amount of time now I know and very satisfied

I have been a customer of Integrity for a number of years and have always found the staff to be professional and courteous. Any calls are answered promptly and questions or concerns have been addressed. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very kind. Shipped items arrive on time as promised.
