Got here 10 minutes before close (I know, very late, but it does say that they close at 11 and I had just gotten off work). Just needed 1 item, obviously the employee at the door couldn't have known this, but we were told pretty rudely that they're closed and not admitted. Just upsetting, please update the times for your store and save people the drive.

Patel and this other African man are the worst managers for Kroger…they let their employees talk to customers any way and don’t follow up with patron complaints. Need better management and some of the staff needs to be replaced.

Personally dig this Kroger. Has most of what I need. And it's in a convenient location.

No Limburger cheese... employee stated that they carry it. Kroger used to carry it and it is advertised on your webpage but you do not carry it.

DO NOT GO HERE! Or ever do online pickup. The store manager and customer service always have an attitude and refused to provide us with a refund when they screwed up our order multiple times. They also often have teenagers working at pickup who don’t give you the correct items. Tried to give them another chance after the first few mess ups but at some point if you’re messing up every single order and not helping the customer with refunds, you’re just not well managed. Will no longer be going here.

The money center has horrible customer service. I was told that I needed three forms of ID to complete a simple transaction. Even though I thought that the request was a little out of norm since I do the transaction often I still obliged because I did not want to seem troublesome. After providing the documentation, I was told No just because I left and then came back. I could not believe what I was hearing. I live within walking distance. Angela seemed to hate her job and woke up on the bad side of the bed. People like this ruin experiences for customers. I don’t want to return because I do not want to feel disrespected for no reason again I think it’s best. I’ll I just take my business elsewhere. By the way Publix was able to complete my transaction five minutes thanks.

Kroger is a good grocery store to go to you come here. Just avoid this one completely as the customer service is awful and very offensive. I had a very bad experience with the check out clerk.

Location clean and fully stocked.
The day before the snow and rainy weekend, busy morning every customer was filling their carts , the self checkout was longer line but a kind lady next checkout line over had abundant supplies let me pass to front of her cart with my 3 items.

Longtime customer. Generally a big fan of the store… The clearance corner is the biggest draw.
New crowd control barriers, with automatic one-way gates with threats of emergency alarms if you go the wrong way, combined with chains across closed checkout lines make it clear that marketing’s desired path through the store is the only way to go now. Not a fan of that. I’m sure that’s imposed from corporate, but it sets a tone that I don’t care for at my neighborhood grocer.

Very Horrible Customer service. My lights were off and I needed to pay my bill so that I could login to work at 8 am I literally begged the manager to just let me pay my bill even tho the money center didn’t open until 8 am and I arrived at 7:40am. Always come to this particular Kroger but I will rather drive 20 min away to the next one instead of coming here. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
