I called in prior to going and they told us to come at 5. I got there on time then had to wait 15 minutes only to find out they were short staffed so my husband could not get his mani-pedi. And my nails would be delayed after my pedi was done. Pedicure was not great enough for me to go back. The ladies were nice but I got there at 5 and left at 6:30 not receiving 3/4 of the services I went for. Just waisted time when I could have gone elsewhere.Services: Acrylic nails

I love that place. I have my nails done by them over a year and it’s always a good job!I always do nails with Daniel, he is the best, but I’d say everyone is very good over there when it comes to the services. I always have my schedules and I am served on time! Such a great option in Sandy Springs.Services: Nail art

This place is so unprofessional. The owner always have an attitude. She does not know how to schedule her clients and she gets extremely upset at you but she made the mistake. She always apologizes about being late because her husband went out to the club the night before. She states that’s all he wants to do. I will never return back to this unprofessional nail salon.Services: Pedicures

I would not visit this salon again nor recommend it. The owner seemed very unprofessional and had an attitude during my visit. She doesn’t seem to schedule appointments appropriately either.

I’m here visiting from Florida and referred by my sister and due to the COVID-19 our new normal is really not that bad cause after each individual you actually see and know the cleaning, proper safety and prevention of other diseases. My experience here was great and relaxing. Tracy and Tony are very gentle, experienced and relatable to the new norm. If you need a staycation/ vacation get away for mani and pedicure from Lavis Nails it’s totally worth the time. My nails and my daughter are beautiful and next time will Pre book again for appointments.

The place looks modern. But It’s had to wait One hour for my service, during that hour I wasn’t even offered to select a color for my nails. So eventually I left. Plus the prices were a little higher than normal. I’m guessing it’s to pay off the decorations in the place. ?

WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVERRRRRRRR . IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARRRRRS I WOULD. Went to get my nails done a day or two before Christmas. Very nice place but my problem is the nail tech didn't close the nail polish properly on bottle and it fell and hit my brand new Nike Air Max's. I didn't make a big deal about the manager said she would figure out the best way to handle this and will get back with me. I felt that was reasonable due to it was busy in the salon and it's so close to the holiday. Called after hours she was out at dinner told me she would call me back ... Never did. I called her today 1/09/21 at 11am she said she would talk to the tech and was extremely rude about like I was interrupting her day. I was asking follow up questions because it's now two weeks and you told me you would of been discussed it but didn't. Then offered For a cleaning... How do you clean nail polish off cloth shoes ? She already told me that day I got my nails done that it would ruin the shoe more. So doing it once it's dry is ridiculous. Long story short she basically cursed me out and hung up on me because her worker made a mistake. Told me I'm constantly blowing up her phone when I only called Three times over the course of 2 weeks twice today and once the day I got my nails done. I have records. I will be talking to my lawyer about further processing. ALSO SIDE NOTE : Owner husband had COVID 19 to the point were he was hospitalized and felt comfortable enough to have a full blown convo about it in front of me with the nail tech while doing my nails. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable... they didn't offer any extra cleaning. I would of gotten up if he wasn't in the process of doing my feet. Paint quality isn't great started chipping days after have a gel manicure. They are all extremely unprofessional and doesn't know how to run a efficient business. Just throw the whole place in the trash #needsjesus #needsbettercustomerservice. #TRASHHHHH

Worst experience I've had ever. I called in advance to find out if I could get the service done. I went in and the pedicure took an hour. There was only one person doing acrylic and when I was finally ready to do my refill she said they were about to close... but I was instructed to come and that I could do both pedicure and refill. Definitely ruined my night since my nails look crazy and I made arrangements to go out. My polish also looks choppy and not smooth like I'm used to it. Who likes white choppy nails? I'm so upset. Never returning!
