There is not enough staff to answer your questions, and guide you to a quick purchase.

This place is a scam. Bird food clearly labeled for 15.98 rang up for over $30 at the register. When we brought it to returns all we got was “it’s a different item number.” Even tho the whole box was labeled for $15.98. Be careful shopping here, there’s no telling how many people they scam on a regular basis. Will only be taking my business to Home Depot from now on.

Everyone I encountered on the employee side was very patient, kind, and helpful; especially Colleen ( or was it Collette-? ), who guided me toward what I was in search of ( especially since it was a mere 20 feet away.....if it were a snake, I'd be doing this review from the ER Right now lol ), and the gracious gentleman at self-checkout.As for the nitty-gritty, found my items I was in search of with a minimum of muss & fuss, believe it or not, but that may just be because A.) My problem was fairly straightforward, and B.) I researched it beforehand and even while I was in-store. C.) I actually got some help!!At any rate, thank you Colleen, for making me feel seen in a customer service setting for the first time in a long time!! You were so helpful and patient!Overall, a good experience ( other than the fact that I was there cuz I had to fix things lol )

Went for the kids building workshop. It’s a cute program, and they give you everything you need- and it’s free! But there is never enough space for all the kids there to be able to sit down- if you don’t get there early, you have to wait for a space- they need to set up more tables. It’s still fun and worth it! W

My oven and microwave broke a month before Thanksgiving. I chose replacements from Lowe's due to their ability to deliver before Thanksgiving and rebate benefits.During the online purchase, I confirmed with Lowe's customer service that installation was included. Delivery was unexpectedly delayed until after the holiday, and then I discovered installation required a separate process, payment, and scheduling. During this time, the rebates were also rejected.Installation finally happened 40 days after purchase, and removing my old oven required yet another scheduling process. Lowe's later mistakenly tried to schedule delivery and installation a second time.Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I won't buy appliances from Lowe's again. What could Lowe's do better?- Include a "purchase installation" checkbox during the eCommerce checkout process, just like they do with "haul away old appliance" and "buy protection plan." This is what Best Buy and Home Depot do - it's much clearer and straightforward.- Train customer service reps on the installation process so they don't hand out incorrect information and create weeks of confusion and frustration.- Don't post delivery dates on the website they can't honor.- Contact the customer proactively when they change the delivery date.- Make sure inventory matches what's listed on the website.- Don't offer rebates but then reject them when all criteria are met.- Connect back-end operational processes for a smoother front-end customer buying experience. This was a surprisingly terrible process for a company as big as Lowe's. These aren't kinks in the system - it's fully broken.

Don't trust the website or automated customer service when it comes to showing available inventory. Humans were great but hard to contact.

I was here today and needed two sheets of MDF cut. I asked several employees for assistance. I went to the pro desk and the employee said they would call. Nobody came back. I waited about 10 minutes and then called the store line and the employee said they would get someone. Around 20 minutes later I went to customer service. They couldn't decide if anyone was available in lumber and suggested I call ahead next time. I then asked for a manager as this seemed like a management issue. They let me know that no managers were in the store. 6 o clock pm on a Sunday and not a manager to be found. I cannot imagine a world where you have a dozen employees in a store with not a supervisor to be found. I also don't understand how the lumber store has no one working in lumber. I generally felt like the employees couldn't care less. The one kept his back to me the entire time at customer service.

What a terrible experience with our local Lowe’s store in Sandy Springs. We shop here all the time. We support our local Lowe’s in Sandy Springs. We purchased a refrigerator, it did not fit therefore it was untouched and still wrapped up. Called three times to make sure it was eligible for return and they all confirmed that we can return the item since we will be purchasing a new refrigerator we can either receive store credit or returned to the card. Every associate we spoke to gave us the same information. We went ahead and purchased a new refrigerator and TRIED to return the previous, untouched refrigerator. It was not plugged in, wrappings are still around the refrigerator and they simply will not accept it. So because the associates did not give correct information we now have TWO refrigerators.Such a shame that Lowe’s is being so unreasonable with its local community because their employees were not thorough in doing their jobs. Guess I’ll put the untouched refrigerator up as a SOUVENIR. Way to go Lowe’s. Great way of doing the right thing. It’s a such a shame that the managers failed to the right thing. No morals or principle anymore.Be careful shopping here folks. They are very unreasonable and will not take blame for their mess up. Instead of holding their employees accountable they will rob you your money. Like I said, we shop here ALL the time. I know they will not lose money from us not coming into store anymore but we will not be supporting or shopping at our local Lowe’s in Sandy Springs anymore. We can’t support a business that does not support its customers when they (the business) messes up.

My roofing company purchases materials here at the Rosewell Rd location when I have a job in the area because large roofing supply companies can't compete with Lowe's low prices on shingles. I shop here and pick up the shingles myself. The manager is a good guy and so is Kevin at the ProDesk. Koodos out to Kevin for his great customer service!

Don't bother with Lowe's if you plan on purchasing appliances through this store. Long story short, I've not had a dishwasher for over 3 weeks and am still waiting for a replacement. Meanwhile, I've been charged for two dishwashers (with the broken one just sitting in my house doing nothing but taking space) with no updates on the next installation date.By far the most incompetent support system I have encountered in any industry. Their internal support can't track an account, so I have to explain my situation every time, while their support doesn't provide a next step for me. I get promised a call back, and never get any communication. I am just at a complete loss at this point it's legitimately laughable.I normally don't write reviews, but something as small as replacing a dishwasher should not mean over a month's work and stress.
