Recently moved here and was looking for a gym, similar to the one I had been attending. I was skeptical. I wanted a small gym with personal attention and not a lot of frills. Luckily, I found it at Max 4 Fitness. The owner/trainer is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent instructor. The groups are small and you get a lot of instruction and variety in the workout. The facility is extremely well maintained and the sessions are personalized and challenging yet fun.

I have been working with Michael BONETTI for over ten years. We work on fitness, balance, strengthening, core, and stamina. Michael is very good at adapting our workouts to our specific individual needs as necessary. (Several of us have artificial knees and hips and other problem areas.) He is always learning new methods and coming up with new ideas and fresh approaches to our workouts. He is a superb trainer and keeps us going.

Michael is an excellent trainer. I have been working with him for more than 6 years, and he has gotten me through several operations and broken bones with no loss of movement. In addition to being very kind and caring, he truly understands and accomodates personal limitations (and even preferences), all while making working out fun - really! I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a personal trainer who will meet their individual needs.

Michael is an excellent coach and understand the needs of people at all fitness levels. He is a motivator and creates a positive environment for training while continuing to learn and deepen his expertise. I had a total knee replacement a year ago and am still having some issues related to it. I had asked my friend/chiropractor/applied kinesiologist, who is a dedicated good health professional in every way, and works with athletes, and knowledgeable about orthopedic issues if he had any recommendations for trainers. He replied. You need someone who will push you but not let you hurt yourself and I strongly recommend Michael Bonetti. I have been training with Michael for about 3 months and am seeing great improvement in my mobility, stamina and muscle strength. I highly recommend Michael. He is professional and present. He is closely engaged in every training move I make to ensure my safety.

Mike is a real pro. I’ve been training with him for 5 yrs now. He understands biomechanics as well as anyone I’ve ever trained with and will tailor a workout to the individual.

Michael BONETTI has worked with me for over ten years. I am in a class with four others, and Micheal is great at adapting fitness workouts to each of our specific needs. I have an artificial hip, a bad knee, and a bad back. Michael works with us on strengthening, flexibility, balance and stamina. Our workouts are thorough, and Micheal is always coming up with new ideas and techniques. He is a very good, knowledgeable trainer, and I am so grateful to him for all his help.

Do not recommend. Thieves, garbage equipment. bad customer service take you money and leave you high and dry.
