new facility, everything was very clean, it was easy to reserve the unit on line and was able to access and store my things the next morning. (It might have been able to do it even sooner). As I was loading the storage unit, the owner greeted me and very friendly. He helped me obtaining a more secure lock for thew unit than the padlock I was going.
