This would be my third trip into the store and each time the Staff is very helpful & efficient. I recently moved and Was in need of WiFi, spectrum rescheduled my appt bcuz of the store and I was conveniently able to walk into
The store and get the 5g hotspot.
Husan was very helpful with setting everything up for me in store so that I only have to plug it into the wall when I get home. I was very grateful for his customer service today.

Pretty sure this location are a bunch of cons and lying Thieves. They said they don't do any free phone upgrades, unless it's a new account. Funny, I bought my phone there 4 years ago and is my current phone and it was a free upgrade. You think after paying for 4years, someone would qualify for an upgrade.

I visited the Metro by T-Mobile store and had a great experience with Husam and Andres. They were friendly and helped me find the right plan without confusing me. Husam explained everything clearly, while Andres added useful tips. Their teamwork made the visit smooth and enjoyable. I left feeling good about my purchase because of their great service.

These people are CROOKS!
I came in and added a new line two months ago. My bill was $74. Then after the first billing cycle someone upgraded my plan to $105.00. I never authorized the change. I never even came back to the store or spoke with anyone to inquire about a change. Of course, I called the 800 number to find out what happened. The call center told me they could see where the change was made, had the employed number of the person who did it, and escalated the matter to corporate.
These people are inflating their sales to reach quota and bonus goals at the expense of loyal customers. Do NOT trust them with your personal information.
P.S. they left a comment asking me to email them but they never replied. They never replied because its a SCAM!
