Not only is this 100% HANDS DOWN THE BEST METRO PCS IN Georgia (possibly the universe) but the level of above and beyond customer service provided by Mr. Jay is absolutreaely platinum level and beyond. I'm talking better than Chick-fil-A people! Jay really is the Labron James of Metro PCS he could/should be the example for professionalism/hospitality/ effectiveness/product knowledge/effectiveness/ kindness/ just a real Superstar! Whatever you may need whether it be paying a bill, questions about anything phone related or MetroPCS related, purchasing a new device, even down to functions on your phone you might not have known about or not sure you quite understand no worries Mr Jay's got you! I guarantee when you leave you're going to leave with a piece of mind and you're going to know you just received VIP level customer service! Thanks Mr Jay! You're Man the man bro!

Lie to you and tell you your number isn’t eligible to port over and you can’t do it even after confirming with customer service. Lazy employees that don’t want to help you and just brush you off. Was hoping the good reviews were real but apparently they give you a “discount” to leave a fake review.
