Me and my wife went here Monday and it was a fast , pleasant, warm experience. Nisha took care of us and she was mf amazing !!! I don’t see how she can get a bad review from you sensitive a** customers she was informative and helpful and respectful. Thank you Nisha we will be seeing again you hurd!! Take care ?

Horrible customer service. As soon as i walked in the guy at the desk appeared to be under the influence. Slurred speech, severe aggravation, running nose, wiping his nose with his fingers, just a complete mess. I wasn't quite sure why he was on the floor in that condition considering his affect was extremely alarming. Not only was he unable to answer my questions, when i finally got to a membership representative, she was just as worse! Not sure what was in the air there but her attitude was also putrid. She was uninformed, gave me inaccurate information and then proceeded to quip at me when questioned as to why she refused to provide me with the information requested. I can't remember her name, black girl, light skin, portly, glasses, unkempt blonde dreadlocks and seated at the last membership desk to the right on the floor. I'd love to speak to the branch manager or even better, corporate about this location and my experience today. I will be withdrawing everything i have to another institution and won't look back.

Just left from this branch, never have I ever received such poor customer service. My teller was Nisha, very nasty attitude and usually I give people a pass but this lady should have stayed home or took a break if she wasn’t having a good day.

I am back on here. I proved to ACU that they had missed posting a payment. The wrecker just left with my vehicle. This is serious. I have a new job and cannot take personal calls, and now can't even get to the job without spending money. My payment is due on the 18th and was going to be paid tomorrow on the 17th. This company has put me through hell since day one like someone had a vendetta against me or wanted my car. I am going to reach out to my attorney and see what can be worked out. I lost my job in Feb due to the company closing and was just getting caught back up. Do not do business with these people. They are heartless.

Went to pay a loan payment and was told I owe more than what the payment slip that was mailed to me by Navy Federal. Amanda, the branch manager, had no answer and was of no help. Thankfully this was my last payment as I will never use them again for the hidden dishonesty and inability to honor an invoice they mailed me. All over $.49. Feel like I’ve been cheated through this whole loan I’ve had with them. I even paid a week early!

I came in to speak with someone about membership. The rep Alicia was very rude, and treated me like she could care less what issues I was having. I just left, if this is how your branch staff treats potential members, I definitely won't be creating an account here.

I visited this branch on the 15th and I was greeted by a host at the front desk. She was most certainly the director of 1st impressions and not in a good way. I had recently applied for an auto loan online which I got denied for because I didn’t have enough credit. So I figured I would go into the bank and talk to someone about other options. When I 1st walked in she looked me up and down sizing me up. I ignored it and proceeded to tell her why I was there. She quickly tells me that they don’t discuss other options inside of the bank or at any location in Atlanta. I said to her’ “that’s odd.” Every other bank would be happy to discuss other options. She says well you can apply for another loan. I’m like why would I do that if I already got a letter stating one thing. I told her I want to see what I qualify for. She said we don’t do that. She was very rude. I came to Sandy Springs location because the briarcliff location is a joke and super busy and has unprofessional employees. What’s so funny is there was an associate to the right of her that looked like he wanted to help, but she was so determined not to help. I guess I will call and talk to an advisor Otp.

Made no effort to resolve a mistake on their part. Recommended that I take my business elsewhere, and I’ll take their advice. Very pleasantly not helpful though.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Went thru the drive thru at 1:18pm and was greeted nonchalantly by an African American woman. Informed her we had a check to cash and then would be making a deposit, requested a pen. She basically asked what we sent the container back for so we repeated that we needed a pen. She then asked what we needed a pen for, so we responded again that we needed a pen to sign and deposit a check. She then told us we couldn’t cash our check there and if we made a cash deposit, it would be process like we deposited a check and would take 2 business days. Since when can we not cash a check out our “own” bank and since when if we deposit some cash into our bank account, it won’t be available until 2 days later??? Been with Navy Federal for almost 20 years, visited multiple branches and gave never heard such foolery. Immediately contacted Navy Federal’s 1-800 number and was told that the information the agency t at that branch gave us was not true. Mind you, the window agent never checked our ID, never saw the check or the amount of the check and never accessed our bank account to even know what was already in it. She was so nasty towards us so we just drove off.

Very spacious and clean. Direct to the point.. there's even a TV while you wait. I would not recommend this location for business account activities.. you have to call.

I have a cash busines that I own and operate. Sometimes, I bring in quarters that aren't enough to fit into a roll of $10. This bank will not take my quarters unless they are in a roll of $10. The bank will take my paper dollars, no matter how many I have. This is b.s.

I joined NF a month ago.. Monday was my first time going into a NR branch.. The lines were long and I was a bit frustrated.. However, the teller Ashley really made the wait worth it. She apologized for the wait, asked me about my day and made me laugh.. Ashley is now my go to teller at this branch.. Thank you Ashley for being so patient and personable. You really made my day.
