Needed a battery this AM and Christopher I hope that’s his name helped me out and installed it for me. I hate he was so busy I hope he didn’t feel I rushed him. White Honda CRV thanks again I appreciate you not to mention he was nice to look at 😉

Oh my Gosh, I came in today to get some oil. When I came out and was ready to leave my car wouldn't start. I was tryna figure what it was. I got the code off of my diagnostic machine and was tryna figure out how I was gonna fix it. I sat and prayed along with tryna figure out what me next moves were gonna be being as though my car was down. Thanks to DeShawn and Alexandra it has been determined that I needed a new battery after the diagnostic machine read that the crank sensor needed to be replaced. Luckily for me i had a warranty on the battery. They both helped me replace the old one and even put changed my headlights. They could've just sold me the the items needed, loaned me the tools, and just let me be. Instead they went above and beyond to help me return home safely with my vehicle. I also wanna shout out to the store associate that helped with the type of headlights I needed for my car. It's always good to go into a store and they make you feel and assist with assuring you that not only are you in good hands but you made the right choice with choosing them. Than You All So Much.

Purchased a new battery for my Acura. Price was fair and installation was very fast. Richard took good care of me. 100% satisfied. Very good experience.

If I could leave no stars I would. I walked in with other customers. We were not greeted and we waited several minutes at the register. We called for someone from the back and someone came out and said they will be with us in a few minutes.

OMG iM ABOUT A FEW DAYS LATE BUT DESHAWN && DANiEL ARE LiTERALLY THE BEST PEOPLE WORKiNG AT THiS LOCATiON !! I WAS STRANDED FROM COURT NEXT DOOR AND NEEDED A NEW BATTERY. DANiEL WALKED WiTH ME TO COURT WiTH MY NEW BATTERY AND THEN DESHAWN ACTUALLY DROVE OVER TO HELP ME REPLACE MY BATTERY AND EVEN GAVE ME A 20 REFUND FOR MY OLD BATTERY !!

I had a dead battery next door at the quick trip and got a jump, but needed a new battery desperately. I called and explained I needed a new battery asap and asked if they could install a new one for me. This was within an hour of closing for them. They immediately replied with no hesitation to bring the car over and they would change it for me. I was greeted by Richard as soon as I walked in and explained the situation further. Within 5 minutes of me entering the store, Richard had the battery in hand and walked out to the parking lot with me and changed my battery. He was extremely kind and explained the process as he went through with changing my battery. I was out of the parking lot in 15 minutes after arrival. If Richard is working, he will make sure you have what you need without pressuring for upsells. He helped me out in a real pinch. Richard is a Great guy.

Horrible experience! Bought taillights from them and fitted by them. Few weeks later, one of the taillights was blown and when I returned to have it replaced, the lady refused to assist despite having a warranty on them. She was rude and unprofessional. I decided to just leave. My warranty is up to one year.

Richard at O’Reilly was so helpful and informative… I will pass up all the O’Reillys just to come back to this one . Richard acted like he cared about me as a person not just a customer .
I needed help with my battery it had died , Richard gave me options and then installed the new battery for me . I am so thankful because what I thought was ending as a horrible day with his help turned into a hopeful day ..

I had to get my battery replaced, and an employee (TY) was very helpful. He not only helped find the correct battery but also installed it for me. (I also found out that not all batteries can be replaced by them depending on your car). I would definitely recommend this location! Thank you!

I needed the bulbs in my headlights changed so I called ahead to see if I ordered them from your store online would someone there be able to do it. I was told that as long as they didn’t have to take anything apart and if the rain stopped, someone would be able to do it. I get there to pick up my lightbulbs and the young man that gave them to me told me that you don’t change headlight bulbs at all. I was about to tell him that when I called I was told that you did but he didn’t even let me finish my sentence and slammed the bulbs down and said “well ask him” and walked away. I was still going to take the bulbs and just try and change them myself but the entire interaction just left a bad taste in my mouth and I decided to just get my money back. What’s funny is I told the guy on the phone that I didn’t want to go to Auto Zone, that I specifically wanted to come there, but I guess I’ll end up going to Auto Zone anyway. I get that dealing with the public is hard, but being rude to a customer that isn’t being rude to you is unnecessary. Thank you for making sure that I don’t ever shop there again.
