“Convenient and friendly. My only complaint is that it can take forever to get your equipment even when you have done everything on line because so many people do nothing before they arrive. If you have an appointment and you have your business in order, they should take you at your reservation time and let the unprepared wait.”

“We had the best experience we have ever had. The site was in a great location, easy to find. But what made it awesome was how quickly we were able to get the truck. Many of my other experiences with U-haul felt slow, unorganized and painfully long. I had to schedule 1-2 hours just for pick up. This one we were second in line and still got in and out in 10 minutes. I appreciated how kind and competent Keem was at this location. He just did a great job and was knowledgable and helpful. We even reached out to his manager and told him what a great job he did and how impressed we were with the service. The manager was working, helping customers, and stated how important it was for him to provide quality service. I was very impressed. I wish all Uhauls were like this. ***Bonus we loved getting a newer truck to pick up and deliver my aunts brand new couch!”
