Overall I do recommend this location.
Pros: Quinton the sales manager was calm, informational and accommodating. He really helped me make a good decision within my price range.
Cons: They do require an ID before you can look at glasses and the brands are pricey.

My experience was quick and thorough. The staff and the doctors are friendly and informative; Also, very patient. I absolutely love my new Coach frames. I took advantage of the blue light feature for my lenses since I work in Tech. Game changer.

Avoid Pearle Vision Abernathy (6631 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs). My experience was unprofessional from start to finish. My paperwork was lost, the lenses were made incorrectly, and when I asked for correction, I was met with excuses and delays. After months of calls and visits with no resolution, I gave up and had to spend more money elsewhere to have my glasses properly redone.
This isn’t just my case — the BBB rates Pearle Vision, aka ‘Luxottica Retail North America Inc.’ an F, citing 44 ignored complaints and 46 unresolved ones. My experience reflects the same pattern: no accountability, no follow-up, and no way to reach corporate support.
I strongly caution others against using Pearle Vision because it needs to take immediate corrective action to address their store’s failures and its long history of ignoring customers.

Never go here! New ownership and customer service is terrible. Waited an hour for them to do nothing but look on my eye and charged $70 with insurance. The Pearle Vision in Roswell is way better. Make the drive!

Highly recommend! Dr Bonds and Quinton were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Bonds took time to explain my results. The center itself was clean, uplifting and full of beautiful eyewear.

The Pearle Vision sign is so tiny compared to the rest of the others in that busy Publix parking lot. They need to promote. The best eye exam I've had in years. My contacts and glasses have been perfect. Quinton Archie was my optician. I have lived in this neighborhood for three years and didn't know they were here. That store needs a bigger sign.

Amazingly great service! Myself and my family have been customers of this location since it was a corporate branch. Had a few issues just before their transition with staff being rude and unwelcoming. Also problems with my husband’s lenses and getting them corrected, which took months and no follow up. We finally decided to contact the branch ourselves to express our frustrations and concerns, only to be greeted by a new staff whom had no idea what we were talking about or what was going on. However! Not only were they patient with us in our time of venting frustration, but after taking the time to actually listen to us, they rectified the issue professionally and within a timely manner. I am truly appreciative of this new team and I highly recommend. Quinton was very nice and very helpful, and when he was out of the office or unavailable, John stepped right in to assist on his behalf. 10 out of 10! Keep up the great work, and we’re looking forward to our next visit.

Super helpful staff! Came in to get my sunglasses fixed as it was missing a screw. Took them and fixed them within minutes. Super kind staff!!

When I went into my neighborhood, Pearle vision center I had not been there for a couple years. I was so pleasantly surprised at the new doctor and staff they were outstanding the doctor was so knowledgeable so personable that I became so happy that I went that day it was the best visit I have ever had and I’m 63 so that’s quite a few visits. I was equally impressed with the staff thank you new Pearl Vision of Sandy Springs.

The moment you walk in the store, they say you are not allowed to browse their glasses selection unless you give them your ID first first and then they photo copy it. In 41 years of my lifetime never seen anything like that! Very uncomfortable and intrusive.
