My dog had an appointment with the groomer and he ended up getting a small nick on his paw on the way in, they refused to service my dog claiming it was an open wound. Never told us we could reschedule seem to not have a care in the world about my baby. When I called back because his vet was at the same petco and told them I
Could give him a bath myself I just needed his nails trimmed the vet said it would be 80 dollars. We will never return to this location, the Duluth location would never treat me or my baby so poorly

The store is clean and organized. The representatives in the store, like the cashiers and employees that work at the store, are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I love the store!

The location of this store is great,we were greeted with a Welcome in, and went back to the guinnea pig supplies. There was alot of fish,limited cats to adopt.There was an abundance of animals supplies.

Went to buy some Esbilac for my puppies and the store was charging almost $3 more per can than the Petco website. I asked and she said they could price match which is nice but shouldn't it be the same in store and online? It wasn't an online sale either. The pricing is just different. I dont like that business practice

I have been bringing my Yorkie for full groom for the past 3 months. Zee is amazing! She listens and gives the exact style we request. All the staff is very kind and friendly.

If I did not listen to this vets advice my cat might still be around today. Plenty of "He's fine" and then Second vet opinion "He is clearly not fine" Turns out he had FIP and the weeks of time that I could have spent getting treatment were wasted at this vetco

Well Petco has always had an excellent assortment, and they handle different brands of food, where you can choose the one you like the most, also accessories, toys and all the grooming implements for your pets, I have placed 4 stars, because I am looking for food for my cats and I went around the shelves many times and I couldn't find the food I was looking for, nor could I find a person who would help me, the music speaker is in the cat food area and the volume was like a record, I'm sorry to mention this, but The volume of the sound was very annoying, I am simply telling my experience!!

Tayshaun was great at the grooming salon! he took care of my babygirl with patience 🩷 10/10 on the ear plucking as well, great face structure on her, paw pads and nail trimming!! she is maltipoo :)
