Top notch service. I put in my order at about 5PM for next day pick up. By 7PM that same evening, it was already ready for me to pick it up from the locker. I got 2 packs of Camo brand deck screws and 2 sets of joist hangers for a 2x.

Came here to get some items to re-stage my patio. All the employees from the turfgrass, repellent, insect barriers, outdoor lighting & ceiling fan departments were friendly & helpful. I appreciate the employee guiding the forklift & letting me know someone would be with me momentarily while he passed me by. HD is one of one of the stores you come for specific items yet leave with some impromptu stuff along the way. One of the better retail apps - super easy to order online & schedule for pickup.

I came here to get some plant food (fertilizer) for my indoor plants today. I love that there are parking spaces for military veterans. I was able to park in one of the spaces. As I walked to the entrance, I noticed that there were many handicapped parking spaces. These were the closest spaces to the building. Surprisingly, when I got there at noon, there were many open parking spaces in the large parking lot (free parking). I had a hunch that the plant food I was looking for was outside, so I headed that way. Before I got to the door leading out to the garden "stuff," I noticed more garden "stuff" inside, but the signage for all of it was incorrect. So confusing and misleading because the products on the shelves in about three aisles didn't match the signage! I went outside and found what I was looking for. Checking out was easy, and I used a self-checkout register. I was even able to get a military discount applied to my purchase, which I appreciate that The Home Depot provides. Leaving this Home Depot can be challenging if you head out toward the stoplight, because so many customers of both The Home Depot AND neighboring Costco and Costco gas station (depending on the time of day), are entering and trying to exit all at the same time. Try to avoid all of them, and leave the parking lot by driving past The Home Depot and drive up the inclined exit that leads directly to Peachtree Dunwoody Road. Yes, you have to make a right turn and head south, but you can make a u-turn at the light if necessary. Good experience today.

Terrible customer service. Three employees in the garden center were making derogatory remarks and when confronted they just laughed. Disgusting behavior.

Really hard to find help these days, but I tried calling them to check on availability of an item because stock is low on so many items and I don't want to waste a trip there to come home empty-handed especially with high cost of fuel, and no one answered in each of the 6 times I called and let the phone ring 3 minutes before their system disconnected me. First 2 times someone answered and tried to connect me but no one picked up in the department. This was a mediocre store at best before Covid, now it's just a big waste of my time. This saddens me to say about a home town business, but don't open your doors at all if you are going to dish out this much disappointment. Ace Hardware is worth a few more of my $$$ and is closer to home, they know my name, always have knowledgeable people to help me, they usually have what I am looking for because they replenish stock often and have a wide product offering. I'll bet they pay their people better too.

The absolute worst service ever. I tried to check out and asked several people for help and they just walked away. Then they told me it was my fault. I put my "purchases" down and walked out! I wouldn't even let a family member treat me that way. HELLO Lowe's.

Amy in self check out is of no help. Product rang up 40% higher than advertised price and refused to honor the price that all the products on the shelf were labeled as. Go to Lowe's at least they honor their prices.

In-store purchases are fine and I haven't had any issues. Online stock status seems to be accurate so helps before dropping by. Appliance delivery however is not great - they contract out their delivery services so the delivery service can be hit and miss. For me, I cancelled my order since they never showed up though claimed to be in my driveway for 30 minutes.

OT in lumber was SUPER helpful and friendly. He helped me get exactly what I need. He was nice and courteous to both myself and the customer he was helping before me. I typically hate going to home improvement stores because it can be overwhelming finding what you need and it can be difficult to find help, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We've been without a kitchen since September. We have gotten ZERO help or support and have been fed nothing but a bunch of bullshit every step of the way with the employees at this store-that goes from lower level employees to the upper management. If you are planning to remodel your kitchen I do not recommend using Home Depot, in particular this location. We ordered our appliances in November and received them early April after having the delivery date moved twice. Our cabinet delivery was also moved out twice and it took two weeks to get the installer in once the cabinets were delivered, even though we were told the install would happen day after the delivery. 2 cabinets came damaged and our island was the completely wrong size and did not fit. Especially be wary of Phil who works in the kitchen design department because he will schmooze the hell out of you to get the order in and then tell you "his hands are tied" once everything goes wrong. We still do not have a finished kitchen when we were told it would be done beginning of April and now because of the cabinets coming damaged they are telling us it won't be until the end of august. This is the current state the kitchen was left in and they're saying there's nothing they can do. Everything(countertops, cabinet and install) has been paid in full for since early March.

Home Depot Corp: Worst ever ordered & shipped Whirlpool Range 3/16, installation included ?? Date Ordered February 28, 2021/WJ30654747 unit almost 1K dropped in the garage handed owner the plug and left. about a week later I found out it was not installed gift from other state. Call multiple times MGR will call 24th & install 25th. 25th came by in a budget rental truck for haul away only, install 26th, this was after it was escalated and still changed from instructions given to me by a manager. The homeowner was never able to confirm arrival, even thought his name address is the installation site, also on the billing? I followed up again! the agent inquired what my relationship was to the owner? Not sure how that is relevant to an installation. "None of your business" she disconnected the call. We are now 3/26 still no installation, there have been multiple escalations & calls all reassure it will get done. That these installer have on the truck what they need depending on the age of the house! Even the word INSTALLATION in any form is a stretch.. Unloading and plugging in is not and installation. They offer all kinds of service installation electrical, HVAC, not sure what the issue is in my opinion it is deceitful, and misrepresentation. No where does it state exactly what they will do or not do. So helping to get an appliance for, so they may cook at home has cost about 300.00 in quality meals delivered over 10 days plus the electrician to resolve.. Worst communication, misrepresentation, and inhumane treatment empty promises services offered

Need help? Not going to find any in this store since Covid-19 hit. Not sure if they can't find qualified help or if nobody wants to work there because management is absent and nobody answers the phone.

The tool rental policy is not clear and they seem to charge a cleaning fee based on an arbitrary system. I talked to the manager and he told me the tool must be "At least as clean as when the item was rented". This makes no sense and is not possible since all tools would remain in better than brand new condition. Do not rent anything from this location.

I didn't know what ATL traffic was like until I visited so having this location close to the highway is a godsend. They have a good selection of things and is close to some other good local business.
