These reviews must be fake because this is the worse most ghetto public storage! First off it is not temperature controlled inside the buildings so it’s HOT like over 90 degrees! It smells so bad of urine and the elevator is on its last leg! Not safe at all! People are living inside of units with fans and generators! There is no dolly or carts to assist with moving your things into the unit! The door doesn’t even have a stopper! It’s hit or miss if your code will let you in the building door and there is no one on site to assist no matter what’s going wrong! They also have raised the price 3 times in just 8 months! No prior warning or reasons given just a price increase when you go to pay online. Do not recommend there is several on this street I should have chose a better one! So I’m sharing this so you can learn from my mistake!

Very clean property. Setup was easy. I was surprised by the virtual counter representative. I was unhappy there was NOT any dolly/cart. My unit was far down the hall. It was hot!

Nice prices but they definitely have rats. The day of my move in it was very warm and stinky in the storage. I don’t recommend this place

This is the worst storage facility I have ever used. access is terrible, the elevator is broken half the time. the elevator smells like urine because (I am guessing) there is no bathroom available and guest urinate in the elevator. why no bathroom? because the office is not open ... there is no desk clerk. Public storage is trying an "automated virtual clerk" that can't help you at all. Oh, since office is not open and access is terrible, there are no carts available to assist w your move. you have to physically carry everything up and down.
Maybe the rents are less expensive because they are saving money w automated clerk and deferred elevator maintenance? NOPE.
We found a cleaner, cheaper, new facility 5 minutes away w elevator, clerk, carts. $50 / mo vs $200 / mo
Final straw? Roof leaked water into our unit ... damaging sentimental goods (photos/ passports) of deceased family member. Insurance claim? HA - how do you value photos?
RUN away from this nasty storage facility.

The property manager is a thief …… she broke into my storage unit . She stole everything . Everytime I came to my unit she was around sweeping next to my unit basically casing my unit. She’s needs to be investigated and thrown in jail. She got her friends to rob me . And I’m telling everybody about this location . Don’t rent from here ……

RUN RUN.. idk how They have 4 stars. Every time I went the doors were stuck! Nobody, I mean NOBODY to help in emergency situation (malfunction of gates or doors). NO Dollys/carts/wagons to help transport your things-the landscape is hilly, so if you're in a truck it feels like you're about to tip over....PUBLIC STORAGE DO BETTER! This location is the worst!!

If I could give zero stars I would. First let me say its colder in there than outside. The elevator smells like urine. There are no pulley to put your things on, means you have to take multiple trips if you have alot of things.?Then when you call the number theres a recording. I had to literally call 4 different numbers and finally reached the nicest lady. Please reconsider.
