The property manager is a thief …… she broke into my storage unit . She stole everything . Everytime I came to my unit she was around sweeping next to my unit basically casing my unit. She’s needs to be investigated and thrown in jail. She got her friends to rob me . And I’m telling everybody about this location . Don’t rent from here ……

RUN RUN.. idk how They have 4 stars. Every time I went the doors were stuck! Nobody, I mean NOBODY to help in emergency situation (malfunction of gates or doors). NO Dollys/carts/wagons to help transport your things-the landscape is hilly, so if you're in a truck it feels like you're about to tip over....PUBLIC STORAGE DO BETTER! This location is the worst!!

If I could give zero stars I would. First let me say its colder in there than outside. The elevator smells like urine. There are no pulley to put your things on, means you have to take multiple trips if you have alot of things.?Then when you call the number theres a recording. I had to literally call 4 different numbers and finally reached the nicest lady. Please reconsider.

Low key Scammers ? will quote you an affordable price to get you In & then they’ll start increasing every two months. Should’ve taken heed to the warnings, now I’m stuck. My sentimental/personal belongings are in storage…& now I owe them $300 for a 5x5 unit smfh

I had an amazing customer service experience with David Hodson. He was one of the most pleasant people to talk to. He walked me through everything so clearly, and was so helpful in answering any questions I had! I don’t normally write reviews, but it is so refreshing to get to talk to someone in customer service who is genuinely interested in helping you. Thank you David!

Debra did a great job assisting me at the kiosk. If you are utilizing a self service facility and the website which gets 2stars doesn't allow you to pay before arrival the Virtual Property Mgr like Debra have you covered. Customer service or anybody over the phone or chat are no help and don't comprehend well but will charge you even if the company is at fault. Good save Debra.I far and in. Thank you just to her only

NO STARS! This location is very unprofessional & the upkeep of this location is a disgrace! The staff is never available. Directions or clear guidance using the Kiosks is not readily available. The managers or district manager has not did everything they can to correct my issue with my unit. The amount or money they are asking for an air conditioning unit is a scam. There is no A/C…and the ceiling of the building is coming down. Also, there are rats & raccoons living in the ceiling (Check out the pictures) I have been trying to resolve this matter since the 1st of July, & nothing has been done. Do not rent from this location! They will not help you, & they will take your money!

I've used Public Storage for business and personal use for many years. I've never had a problem and recently when I've called with questions or an issue they've had pretty good customer service. Now not all of their employees have the best customer service but I kinda feel that a lot of businesses are like that these days..I always get an indoor unit with climate control. 9.9/10 times your stuff will never have an issue. If you have an outdoor unit you better hope your things are outdoor proof as Mother Nature has a mind of its own.

The feedback is horrible. I didn't even move in. The building was absolutely nasty! The elevator took like 5 minutes to take me to my floor, and it had a strong smell of urine. My unit wasn't even cleaned. I tried to avoid leaving a review, but they would NOT REMOVE me after I unsubscribe from they mailing list 6 times! I chose to remain at my current storage and deal with the higher fee.

This is my second rental with Public storage and I have had great experiences with them. I am in a climate controlled indoor unit and am very happy. The website is very efficient and I've been able to handle all rental needs online. If I could give some constructive feedback: the on site kiosk did not work when I moved out of my first unit. I had questions and no one responded. If a person is not going to be on site it's helpful to ensure the kiosk works! Also when I moved into my second unit I was notified that I would get my gate access code etc via text on my move in date. I did not get the text until two days later. Luckily I have the app which gave me all of the info I needed. Other than those few issues it's been good overall.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT STORAGE FROM THIS PLACE.The "first month free" or other promotion is worse than worthless, it's flat out dangerous as it lures you in with low initial monthly rates that RAPIDLY increase over a relatively short period of time.After a rapid series of monthly price increases - far outpacing inflation even at historically high levels or market rates for comparable storage - you are effectively FORCED to either move your items by yourself to a more reasonably priced storage unit or deal with an EVEN LESS SCRUPULOUS group, local movers.The late fees (I never faced with automatic withdrawals) are offensively high and their service is horrible (damaged door to my unit took weeks to fix putting my valuables at risk of theft, for which their contract doesn't hold them responsible).Life is too short to deal with companies like this when there are more ethical, affordable storage facilities out there; Strongly advise looking elsewhere.
