I am not sure of the gentleman's name but I witnessed a true act of customer service. I work in a fortune 500 tech company and witnessed a true act if empathy. A customer left what looked like a small bag of produce. A manager. Not sure of his name. Tall, Caucasian, slim and was wearing a light brown cardigan and dark blue jeans. Run down a hill and parking lot until the customer stopped and grabbed her produce. A true act of bravery, empathy and lobe for the job. Please reach out to him and commend him. I wish I could donate and or send a thank you! Thanks Publix, we need more Iike him in this world. God bless

Great atmosphere and have a delicious deli, as well as always having good service and staff members that clearly care to maintain cleanliness. The only thing that prevents me from ranking it five stars is the prices, which I feel to be a bit too expensive for most items. I can go to Walmart and buy the same brand of granola bars and frozen items for almost $1 cheaper than at Publix, meaning I don't shop here as often as I would like.

Created an Instacart order early on Christmas Eve to pick up because it’s very hard for me to go in store. When Instacart’s shopper ditched my order but didn’t let me know, they let me in to complete the order after I realized the Instacart order was now set to be completed on December 26th, after I needed the items. Thank you so much to the customer service staff for being delightfully over-accommodating in a difficult situation.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting William at Publix on Powers Ferry while picking up my groceries today, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was exceptionally hospitable, polite, and kind — a true representation of outstanding customer service.
I genuinely commend his parents for raising such a respectful and well-mannered young man. Our brief conversation made my day, and it’s clear that Publix did a fantastic job selecting him to represent their company. He’s a shining example of what excellent customer service should be.
