I always have a great experience at Publix, and this location was no exception when it came to cleanliness and organization. However, the deli sandwich area was noticeably slow. The employees seemed to struggle with efficiency, making it feel like they could benefit from additional training to speed up the process. With a long line of customers waiting, I ultimately had to walk out, wasting part of my lunch break and taking my business to Arby’s instead—though I really wanted a Publix sandwich.
On the other hand, the team in the chicken section was much faster and more efficient in serving customers. While I appreciate the overall quality of Publix, the sluggish service in the deli sandwich area at this location was disappointing. I hope to see improvements in the future!
