Wednesday 2/26 around noon, I ordered a wing tray to be picked up at 7pm 2/28 for an event I was hosting on Friday evening. I received confirmation of my order and even received a “Dont Forget your order” email at 5:30pm on Friday. I arrived at 7:15p for pickup and the tray was not prepared. Then I was advised that the fryers were already off and cleaned out for the day. I must give kudos to Keisha and the manager that she called over (Isanti). They remained professional and offered options as I was less than an hour from 15-20 people converging on my home with no wings as promised. They did the very best they could to accommodate my situation but I am extremely disappointed with the service I did NOT receive. I try not to complain because I understand that things happen but this took the cake. No pun intended as last event I trusted to the Publix bakery and that time my daughter’s birthday cake was terribly done and that was never made right either.
I’ve come to expect a certain level of service from Publix and you’ve always been, in my opinion, the “Chick-Fil-A” of grocery stores. Needless to say the last 2 major events have ended in a bad experience for me. I don’t know who dropped the ball, but it’s clear to me that because it wasn’t due until later in the day, everyone figured someone else would do it and it never got done. I’m grateful to Keisha and Isanti for trying to make it right. You should recognize the superior level of customer service that they provided! Unfortunately I still ended up ordering other wings to fully accommodate my guests. Please do better. I don’t know that I’ll return for major event needs at this point but the other customers deserve to have the promises you make kept. Thank you for your time

I love this Publix store. It's always so nice and clean. They also have the nicest staff in the world. Especially the folks in the pharmacy department. Keep up the good work guys. Oh yeah, my son also found a very nice Hotwheels diecast car that he has been wanting to add to his collection for quite some time. Thank you Publix.

I'm so glad the Publix bakeries have rolled pizza dough now! But whoever made them this week at Dunwoody near Huntcliffe did the first fold with no paper. So what I got was a double-thick half circle.
