My mom, sister, and I have been going to Tom and Kim's nail salons since we moved to Georgia... in 2001!!! Followed them from Roswell, to Buckhead, and now to Sandy Springs/Roswell (even when I lived in Sugar Hill/North Gwinnett and Alpharetta). Always great service, talented nail techs, and the current location is AMAZING, with a play list that always has me relaxed. If I drop in without an appointment and Tom and Kim aren't available, my current go-to nail tech is Angel. She is great! Meticulous attention to detail which is perfect for my OCD. They even have a private room where you can smoke hookah while you get your nails done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I love this place!! Win did a perfect full acrylic set with nail art. Nancy did an amazing pedicure that included foot mask and gel polish. I enjoyed hot green tea and full relaxation!

I’ve been going to Q Nails and Spa for 7 years, and it truly feels like my happy place. Everyone there is so friendly, welcoming, and talented—it’s like visiting family who just happen to be amazing at what they do. Mia gives the most relaxing, detailed pedicures, and Kim is incredible with lash extensions—she always makes my lashes look perfect. They also use top-quality products that really make a difference. I can’t recommend Q Nails and Spa enough!

The best nail & pedi place in the Sandy Springs area 😍 I absolutely love everything about this place. From the amazing technicians to the services. My nail tech's name is Jen & pedi tech's name is Mia but honestly the whole team is fantastic. My husband and I have been going here for a few years now. Helen does his toes and she is an absolute doll.
You really feel at home at this place. The owner & his wife are very warm + welcoming as well. It's like a little family. Their consistency is unmatched. Whether you want a natural nail look or a crazy design, their team is able to handle everything.

Been a customer for 3 years, never disappointed. The owner Tom is always so friendly and willing to hop in! Victoria & Lily are so good too. Victoria did so good with my pedicure/ massage, and Lily matched my design reference for my fill-in so well! 10/10 experience!

So I have been going to this place for 10 plus years on and off. I was there in. High school when the walls were pink and before the luxury design. I have been there with my husband and had a great time. I recommend a lot people out of town, in town, all the time. I have moved and no longer in the area but when I come back home, I come to Q nails. But this past Saturday, I wasn’t not impressed. This weekend was my bridal shower and my sister and I went for 2 mani and 2 pedi, I got the #2 and my sister got the #1 for the pedicure. We were hoping to get in and out. As the Customer if I say I want poly gel, don’t tell me that dip powder is better for me. I told you what I wanted. Just say I can’t do it or you don’t have. The older lady who says dip is better for natural nails. I understand that but you don’t listen to what the customer is asking. Then while talking she turn off my message and made the chair move forward because she was leaning on the buttons. So now I have no message and I’m not comfortable. She wasn’t listening to what i wanted to PAY for and my chair is off. Meanwhile my sisters nail tech is trying to help make the experience better with drinks and water but I’m over it. The guy doing my pedi, did his best. My sisters painted natural nails are peeling off and I will go to another place when I come back home. Long story short. My previous times to this place was 100,000 better, and DIP powder nails is disrespectful (especially if you use the technique of dipping the fingers in the whole container that everyone uses.)

Absolutely amazing customer service! Lin did my nails and I loved how detail oriented she was and patient with my extra request. I’m not local but if I’m ever in town again and need a guaranteed cure set I’d come back over and over again.
