I have been a loyal customer of this gas station for many years, and ever since Ali left, the experience has never been the same. Today, on 07/06/24 at 15:00 hrs, I encountered another disappointing incident. When I approached the counter, the employee was completely engrossed in his phone and didn't acknowledge my presence. At first, I thought he might be finishing up a text, but I was shocked to see that he was actually scrolling through family photos. I couldn't believe it. I left the gas station and informed the employee that his behavior was unacceptable. It would have been much better if he had asked me if I needed any assistance. I have decided to take my business elsewhere and went to the BP station across the street.

Just needed $10 worth of gas to get home to get to a cleaner, safer, and better gas station. Took 5 mins to pump $10 worth of gas.

This place skimmed my debit card and charged a much higher rate at the pump. They charged $4.30 for regular on 12/13 when everyone is under $4 right now. No receipt at pump. The worst part was the hidden skimmer. The thieves tried to use my card but luckily didn't have all the info. I wouldn't be surprised if the owner is in on the skimmer. This place should be closed for fraudulent business!!

The attendant is super rude here. They also trick you with one price on their board and a different price at the pump. Shady business

The cashier was very rude . I was waiting for 5-10 min as the cashier was on phone speaking in some other language and when I told him to take the money for gas as I was waiting for a long time he say do whatever you can do ..

If negative stars were possible....So, today Monday June 5th at around 5:30p I came here to get some chips. When I entered, there were three people in line. After a few minutes, once I found what I was looking for, I joined the line and noticed that the same three people had not moved. Then as I observed the interaction between the customer and the employee, I noticed that he was having continuous difficulty understanding what she was asking for - a product behind the counter. I also heard her statement, upon finishing her transaction, saying, 'now you know I didn't say that.' ...I thought she was saying this light heartedly but, then I noticed her frustration leaving. Two more people paid for gas, then it was my turn. I had my two bag of chips. When the employee said my total, I was counting my cash, in an attempt to give exact change, so I asked very politely if he could please repeat that total as I was counting. And he responded, "you heard me./ ?" At first I couldn't tell if he was being sarcastic or genuinely asking me. So, once again, I politely asked if he could repeat the total so I could get exact change. Then he rather rudely and condescendingly asserted, "YOU heard me!" ....and yes, I got frustrated, felt totally disrespected, like a child. And after that, it was very apparent that this employee was doing all of the 'not understanding' and making be-littling jokes, indifferently and inconsiderately holding up a lengthy line at this point, on purpose. I cannot think of too many other times, I have encountered such purposeful, blatant poor customer service. This employee does not care if customers are unnecessarily waiting in line for no other reason than his playing around with transaction communications. One joke is friendly - continuing to do so, after the customer has made it clear, that they would like to move on with completing their transaction is completely ridiculous. I truthfully would think that this man is either under the influence of some illegal substance or is just really that incompetent. Neither one are acceptable scenarios. I will tell every person coming to my neighborhood NOT to go to this Shell station. Go to BP or QT where they try to be respectful.
