Fire alarm has been triggered at least 8 times in 2024 and was triggered at least 9 times in 2023. The community only sent a follow-up email for 3 of those instances. The fire alarm went off on Christmas in 2022 and 2023. As far as I know, there's only been a small fire one time that was contained to one unit. That's only the instances I was home for; there are probably more. I had posted a better review about this place before, and that's all still true, but the fire alarms are out of hand.

I had an amazing tour of the apartments at Sync at Perimeter with your lovely leasing agent Novi. They were welcoming and very knowledgeable. The apartments and complex were beautiful and well managed. Thank you for providing an amazing experience!

Review for Sync at Perimeter: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Living at Sync at Perimeter has been a fantastic experience! The amenities are top-notch, with complimentary Starbucks coffee in the 24-hour clubhouse and convenient walking access to nearby Starbucks and restaurants. The location is perfect for quick commutes to I-285 and GA-400.
The property is well-maintained, and the maintenance team is quick to fix any issues that arise. The housekeeping staff keeps everything clean and smelling fresh with fabulous Fabuloso! Valet trash services add to the convenience, and the pool and grilling area are great for relaxing and socializing.
The friendly staff hosts fun events for residents, fostering a strong sense of community. My only suggestion is to improve guest parking, but just remember to grab a free parking pass for your guests. Overall, I’d rate Sync at Perimeter a solid 10 out of 10! It’s a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it! 🌟🏡

One of the most beautiful apartment complexes I have seen in a long time. Love the gym and pool, especially. The leasing team is also very fun to talk to and they handle everything you need with urgency. 10s across the board.
