Every time I go to there UPS Store, I ambassadors-and-envoys always greeted warmly with smiles from Alana and Aubrey. They're both very professional, friendly, and their customer service skills are second to none! They are a delight to see and chat with when they're not to busy. What a great dynamic duo to have!
