Yulanda and C. Sykes are always extremely helpful and patient. During the winter holidays (when lines are extra long), they decorate the lobby in a fun and festive manner with holiday tunes so that although the wait is longer than usual, it can be pleasant.

I appreciate the attention to holiday decor but wish there was more focus on customer service and efficiency. Expect to wait without any reps and a line of over 10 people.

Normally the United States Postal Offices work from Monday to Friday, but here in Sandy Springs GA, on Saturdays this office is usually open, it is almost always attended by one person, but because it is the only office open on Saturday, The number of people is quite high, and at certain times the lines are endless. It would be very helpful if the post office had more staff on this day, so that service would be faster. I must also note that for many people who bring packages with labels, this service is very important and we are not affected by the number of people, since we do not have to wait in line, we simply leave the packages and that's it,!! Thanks for this service!!

This place sucks. Absolutely ridiculous to have only one person staffed at peak times. No focus on efficiency/speed. Wait time 25+min to ship a package.

The gentleman who works the counter is as RUDE as it gets. On two separate occasions I have witnessed him making a female customer cry as he berated them LOUDLY in front of the others in line. What an AWFUL way to treat customers for no reason.

Went in at a busy hour the other day to buy some stamps, mail a letter, and sent a package. Customer service was friendly, and easily got what I needed completed and mailed my items off. It’s really not hard to smile, be friendly, and patient with USPS employees.

They literally make up their own hours at this location. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone during the posted hours to find a handwritten note saying they’re closing hours early or will be closed some random day. It’s extremely frustrating.

Came here on a Saturday trying to pick up my package as I don’t live in the area and receive mail from brands and authors so I don’t want them shipped to my home. I walked in ready to pick up my package and they’re not even here on a business day they’re suppose to be. Apparently this is normal for them to show up to work when they feel like it. I’ve made a formal complaint because this is ridiculous as I don’t live close to here and drove 30 minutes to get here.
